Am working with A Place for Mom and still don't like this app. Many of the website features aren't available. I marked several places as inactive on the website (don't meet our needs) and they are at the top of the list on app with no way to move or delete them. Better to use pen and paper.
Just downloaded the app entered email address, immediately got pop up saying y'all were having difficulty please try again later so not looking good at the moment, so one star only because I can't exit rating without selecting at least one star.
App dose not work. Dowm loaded 2 mo the ago. Has never worked. Cannot get passed log in, gives an error message of "we are experiencing difficulties, try back latter." Total waste of time.
Speak for my experience. There's a questionnaire on their website I answered them I still received the phone call from them and clearly the information that I put I did not qualify so it was a waste of time for me to even speak with them.
It wouldn't even let me login. Even though I have spoken with 2 advisors and received multiple messages or said I wasn't in the system

Will not let me open. Message says the app is to old for my Android. There are no updates available that I can find.

wonderful the best!!! Within 10 minutes my Advisor found me the perfect place to live within my monthly money budget with money left ovet to enjoy my retirement even a place to keep my dog!!! i highly recomend her and this company.

there is no information as to the size of appartments or availability of appartments. how can one know if they are interested in visiting the place?
Had assistance suggested living optiond within 30 minutes.. we plan on visiting both places suggested within 10 days..

Works AWESOME, if you get how! Wow, lotta 1-star dings. YOU HAVE TO BE I-N-V-I-T-E-D, BY THE CONSULTANT, TO USE THE APP! Then you're given login credentials -- you can't just U-S-E the app. Once logged in, their recommendations, which very quickly get you in touch with these facilities, are live immediately.
