Uodate. Fix provided by the developers worked and I was able to create an account. Works great! It will be great to have the ability to customize notification and have it alert you even in silent mode . Resolved: Can't get past the registration screen. Getting error code 3840 as soon as click on register.
Absolutely Horrible Neither my wife, nor I, on either android or Apple, can get the readings to display on our phones. This device/app is absolutely pointless without that ability. We have given the app ALL permissions, and it refuses to work. Unacceptable for the amount of money paid!
Terrible product. Have to reboot my phone every night to use it and try to pair 3 times. You shake the device to turn it on which works once every 50 shakes. 2 weeks in and it suddenly will not read above 5 breaths a minute. Terrible product. I would not recommend this. I WOULD actively recommend that people do not use this.
Awesome product, TERRIBLE app. My daughter is brand new and I love the idea that this can help me have peace of mind. BUT: the fact that more than 1 phone can't check on her at a time is STUPID, AND I hate that it constantly disconnects... it's so infuriating. Update: I can't stand the Sense-U. It constantly disconnects, gives false alarms, and doesn't alarm when it's actually needed. It has done nothing but cause me more stress.
If you have any issues, customer service is quick to reply to e-mails. With the base station, everything runs really smooth as long as its in the same room. Still not so sure on the price of the sensor. It seems a bit expensive.
The app uses ear-speaker instead of phone-speaker on my Samsung Note10+. Last week onwards, the app doesn't recognize the camera/device and I have to reset and add the camera every single time. Extremely disappointing.
Returning for my money back immediately. App doesn't work. I just opened the product from the packaging, then downloaded the app and the app will not allow me to create an account. I've had the code resent multiple times but register button on the app doesn't work. Useless.
Couldn't live without it! Single mom and live alone. This device and app gives me peace of mind. Closest thing I can get to having another person help me with my newborn. I still get sleepless nights, but not because of worry if he's breathing or on his stomach. I can also take showers with ease. Set my phone on the sink, I can peak out the shower curtain at the camera and know he's okay.
Wow....worst app ever. I think device is fine but App doesn't work and cannot be for baby equipment. It is keep turning off and very hard to connect, and also ton of false alert every time....this is horrible.
Please update app and make the video stream bigger. Make the "baby on back" icon smaller. I want to see my child. I constantly have to zoom in on her face because I can't see her on the tiny area you give the video stream and I don't want to go on full screen mode because it flips my view to horizontal and I then can't multitask on my phone. Very frustrating. Also there is a bit of lag from the sensor to the app, it takes almost 2 minutes for it to alarm when I've taken the sensor off her.
Having issues with the app. My son unplugged the camera and ever since that happened I can get the camera to work agsin tired everything. Waste of money and waste of time
Terrible device. Doesn't connect anymore since the update. Tried resetting, uninstalling, then re-installing, then resetting again and nothing works.
Turn wifi off when creating an account if you don't then you will not be able to create one. I learned the hard way and had to dig thru reviews scrambling because I wanted this on my child before they went to sleep for the first night at home.
Near zero quality and reliability. Its probably not all the app itself, but the quantity.
The app I not user friendly. Instructions for body temperature say to select certain options, but the options are not available when you actually try to set it
Since the last update on the 11th May I have been unable to add a device or view existing one. Please sort this out
Worst experience ever! Only one parent can make an account, then they have to share the video with others. The others cannot control the camera, only the main account holder can. That wouldn't be that bad if it worked! I registered and shared it with my wife, and it stopped working on her phone within a few minutes. It errored and said the device is off despite me using it next to her. She couldn't even delete the camera from her account, as it would say the device listed does not exist.
Awful, the blue light doesn't even flash, have tried with 2 different brand new batteries. Can't set it up. Terrible device and app. Really disappointed, what a waste of money
Very unclear how to stop camera from working during waking hours without force stopping the app. Even when I log out. I turned off notifications once and can't manage to get them back. Super non Intuitive. Update: now the option to tutn off motion detection has disappeared and now I am forced to get notifications all night. The settings section disappeared in this version. Editing again to one star. Every update this app gets worse and I have issues with it. Now the camera won't connect at all.
