Sense V2 Flip Clock & Weather

This is the best clock + widget app I've ever used, reminds me a lot of the HTC phone I had back in 2012. The one thing I dislike about this is the monthly payment required to unlock the extra features. Their other apps have a "pro" version which is a one-time investment, I'd definitely buy a paid version of this V2 one if there was one available.

Average . Had this app for many years. I would say not so accurate on showing correct temperature out side. For a example it's about 10deg C out side but still showing 6 degrees C on app. Wish it could be more accurate as I like this app.

Recent OS update on OnePlus 9 seems to have made my widget white on white. How can I fix it to look like its supposed to? 5/17/20: Not really that into the weather aspect of it especially since the weather provided by foreca is never accurate. Its not raining and hasnt been for hours yet the app says it is and has been. So i really just rely on this for the flip clock

Keep coming back to using this as my main homepage widget. Just love it! For that extra star - I would like the margins around the widget to be smaller - because now my personal opinion is that it is too much air that instead be filled with a larger widget. Oh, and since my eyesight is getting worse - being able to choose a "thicker" font for the clock would be great. Cheers! ❤

Works & i hope it never changes. Wellll it did, the app in weather has less features and more adds why would you deal down something good, it's wierd, I hope it goes back to the way it was.

I love this app and the widgets. But when I switched to Samsung, it doesn't display as well. The 5x2 is basically the same as the 5x3 sizes widget.

Adverts Adverts and Sends phone info. Use to be good. But its now ""Adware"" and sends a lot of phone info to their servers. Android has been notified.

No flip, would be nice if the clock actually FLIPS! Hence the misleading title, "flip clock"

Needs less ads and a better price point. It is worth about $5 one time. Annoying it asks you if you want to close the app. Good looking but I don't want all the extra services.

Disappointed that the Android 12 system update has changed dark mode to mess with widgets, and now I can't get a dark background on my sense flip clock widget. Could you add a skin that will work with overly dramatic system dark modes? I'm obviously not the only person with this issue. I'm probably going to have to look for another widget to replace this one with otherwise, sadly.

It's been a great app for years. Unfortunately it no longer allows the widget in the new Android 12. Hope it updates soon to fix the issue. Edit: this has now been fixed in the update. Great responsive dev team.

UPDATE: i watched local weather tonite. Turns out this app is very close to the local temp forecast. Thanks! I'm saving your reply in case I need in the future. Upped my rating just now. (my prior comment): I almost live in Canada. We've had sub zero temps for the past week. For Thurs Feb 3rd it suddenly says the temp will be 55°F.

Good but it should be sync the weather automatically, i have to update it every time to check the current weather

Good, but have problems getting the flip clock face to go to Dark Mode with rest of app, stays white instead of turning black. Same problem with menu.

I've used this for years, am disappointed with recent changes, which aren't working for me. Suddenly, the flip clock on my home screen disappeared. When I try to reinstall the 4 x 2 widget, it won't center on my screen (horizontally). Really spoils the aesthetic for me. In addition the temperature has been wildly off, by 10 or more degrees of late. Sadly, uninstalling.

It is a good looking app, with a nice interface and easy to use features, and I'd be giving it five stars, except for the fact that it's actual ability to give me correct temperatures and weather is ziltch! Yes, it gives you an option of using 3 different sources, but not one of them is correct all the time, so you have to keep changing your settings trying to find the source that is close to the other weather app you MUST use in order to check the correctness of this one. I'm a paid subscriber.

I've used this flip clock for many years on all my phones and worked perfectly until the latest update. It keeps crashing when I click on it. It has never done that before. I restarted my phone just to make sure it would work and when I clicked on it, it crashed again. You can't view the weather, nothing! This is my favorite weather app. Please fix it!

Its an amazing app and the closest replication to HTC sense clock, of the many apps that I find on Playstore! The only problem I have is that, the time somehow automatically sets back by 30 minutes rather than showing my System time which is very misleading when you live a time-bound life. There is no option to set the time either. Apart from this, everything else is amazing in the app.

I just like it and use it to see the time mostly. I also look at the weather and temperature from time to time just to have a relative idea. I don't know why you want to upgrade. It's working fine so let it be, unless you want to reduce the ram memory it occupies. Sometimes, upgrades remove nice features or lose App integrity. Thanks & Regards.

Useless app. It's been snowing for the last 2 hours, and the app just says "overcast." Now I know why there's no radar icon in the toolbar - the radar is useless. The colors are so faint that you can't even recognize that there's "snow" on the screen. Lastly, there's no text description of the forecast. The Weather Channel app has great radar and text descriptions, but way too many ads. This app has ads that don't annoy, but limited functionality.

I have used this app for years but since I got my new phone, Samsung A71, the weather isn't accurate. Yesterday it showed overcast with moderate humidity. We were having a raging rain storm with thunder and lightening that lasted for about 3 hrs. This was happening over a large part of Southern Calif but the app didn't show it. I did go into settings and check all permissions and that's OK (thanks for the suggestions). If there is any more advice, I'd love to hear it.

Very detailed forecast with a host of options and configurable items. I have uninstalled my previous weather and clock apps,this has got it all. I only regret not finding it earlier (I used to have the original on a Samsung Wave II!). As a cyclist I particularly love the wind info, something that's not as easy to access in other weather apps I know. Recommended.

Font is different then it shows when you download from play store no matter how I try to get it to match its not a feat I can accomplish. However this in my opinion is the "best of the flip clock widgets. " I have tried the Lot of them too. Its least invasive as well without upgrading to the paid version. Just a few minor things don't work on the device I presently use understandable given the endless choices at one fancy. All in all great app. Could be legendary with a few tweaks

It's great except for one problem that's about to make me give up.. it keeps showing a time an hour earlier than everything else. Quite fundamental for a clock widget. I could have 12:00 in androids status bar and the widgetll show 11:00. It does sometimes show the right time though. Usually, restarting the phone or re-installing the app makes it right for a while, but these have recently stopped working. Is there anything I can do to make the time shown reliable please?
