page runs super slow. I'm not impressed . I updated everything also to see if that was the problem. nope. just this is dial up slow .

I can't pay my bill right now when I go to 'payment and billing' then 'account summary' and select my bill there. There is no option to pay the bill there but you can view it like before. I will change my rating when this issue is resolved.

I don't know what's going on but upon trying to sign in multiple times it's saying to sign in and accept terms and conditions to access personal info well can't really do that if you won't let me sign in now will it?!?!?

Its very difficult to even start the stupid thing . If i could give it a no stars i would. Im 72 and cand find my way around on my phone oe computer but this app is the most frustating one i have evey tried to even open.

Whatever you did to this app isn't working. Sentara medical mobile apps aren't for the elderly. Besides, I've signed in for my appt and took the Covid-19 screening, both were useless as you still have to check in and do a Covid-19 screening at the front desk🤦🏿‍♀️🤷🏿‍♀️ Now, I can't log into this "new and improved" app.

I keep getting Internal Server Error for the past 2 Days. I can't access anything. Besides that it's an Awesome App.....

it's a good app minus the glitch while on a video call every time without fail at least once a call.

The entire surgical process was professional and the staff amazing. U could not have asked for a better experience

Fantastic, very easy to use and has all my info since i am with this group. I see my health charts and can compare all the past years to see how my health is...up down, steady. All in all a great experience.

it's an easy site to navigate and I can have easy access to Dr's notes and keep up appointments.

The app is useful and good for the most part but it keeps saying I have 3 unred messages and I have none.

Norfolk General Hospital ER staff are amazing, it didn't matter that they were packed on 5/6/22. The ER staff still treated myself and others like we are people not just because we had insurance or did not have insurance. It didn't matter if you had clean or dirty clothes on everyone got the same compassion and respect. I was able to find out what the issue I was dealing with and I felt so much better than how I walked into the ER.

I'm impressed, all my answers at hand, I can study them notify my doctor with questions. I love it!

not user friendly. MyChart not the same as on computer which is site is messed up since upgrade. Site advised to get app. grrr

App stopped letting me login. I can lig in via the internet but not the app as of today.

I love having all my medical records and doctors in the same place. Super easy to use.

For this to be an app that serves from a medical perspective, it should have a cleaner, smoother transition from one command to another. There is a significant time delay for screen response when you tap a selection on the app screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the same problem still persist. Please resolve this issue, because i almost missed a telehealth call because it took my appt forever to connect. PLEASE FIX😡

The app really makes me feel like I have a hands on approach to my medical information.

They allow me to have easy portable access to my medical records... Thanks Sentara !

not have an option to print any test results

"Select Reason for Visit" to schedule an appointment takes you to a blank screen and you can't move forward without choosing a reason. I dig all the other features though, just wish the scheduling function worked. Update: got a response eventually that says they fixed the issue. They didn't. 1 Star instead of the 3 I gave you before you lied to me months after I reported the issue that you have yet to fix.

I can log in just fine, but I want to opt out of receiving emails about messages waiting for me in the app that are general announcements and don't have to do with my personal health information. This kind of info can easily be included in the email message itself so I don't have to open the app separately and search for a message. There's a 1 count badge on the message icon but there are no new messages except for maybe a covid popup. The badge is not going away.

Not everyone want to handle their medical needs on a smart phone app, especially one that is as sub-par as this one.

It keeps crashing. I don't even know why it's running. I rebooted my phone yesterday. Did not open the Sentara app after that. Yet a popup message came up today that it crashed. No reason for it to be running. It won't be running and crashing anymore, because I've uninstalled it.

Terribly hard to enter and use.

The nurces and care partners have been wonderful. Helpful, compassionate, caring. They are everything Sentara exemplifies.

This app has been nothing but helpful to me the doctors are very fast that responding back and they are very fast at putting results up . It took me no time to set it up and has given me no problems! This is so much easier for me to schedule and cancel appointments , and to even look at all the results. I highly recommend this!

Whoever created this app should go take a look at Valley Health MyChart, there's an example for them. I have to wait up to a week to receive what I need by mail OR email to sign up for Sentara's MyChart?! Didn't have to do that with Valley Health. What a crock!

I was told to do an upgrade and this I did push to do upgrade but it continues to spin and it has been spinning since this morning at around 10 and it is now 5 pm and it is still spinning. If we have to do a video visit because of Covid, this is not working. Please fix ASAP.
