Horrible app, school recently changed to this app for communications and I've had nothing but issues, created an account ect.. try to log in "details incorrect". try to reset password, receive said email, click on reset link... enter a new password, "password reset code expired". All within the same literal minuet of clicking reset password, getting the email and submitting a new password. If this is anything to go by I'm not looking forward to when I actually gain access to it 😑

Possibly the worst communication tool I have experienced. - schools post things and I can't just open it, to see. No, it has to download and then I need another app to open the thing I just wanted to quickly read. A 1min task turns to 5min. - it doesn't remember me. I have to search the school again, then remember my log in. - no "forgot password" or register for an account. It has to go through the school, with admin staff who don't know enough to help, and no support from sentral.

This app does not function. It logs out constantly and I am constantly missing important school updates which is incredibly frustrating. It crashes constantly. It repeatedly locks out and forgets all school and student info. This seems to get worse every time it updates. Very frustrating and not at all useful. Would give zero stars if this were an option.

As an Android developer myself, this app is absolutely horrible. Clicking the back button won't close the app, I have a notification that persists on my news feed even though I've opened it completely multiple times, notifications are very unreliable (I have to proactively open the app on a daily basis because otherwise some notifications don't appear). I can't believe schools pay money for this horrible app.

It does not work, after picking the school it goes into white empty page, I restated my phone, reinstalled the app, and cleared the data and cashe but unfortunately still goes into white empty page after picking the school.

The worst app I've ever used. Every time I want to use it I need to log in. Once I've logged in everything is super zoomed in and I can't zoom out. I also can't even export or download my timetable. Needs some serious fixing.

Utterly woeful. Simply can't log in. Can't reset password. What a start. Wish our school kept skoolbag and not changed over to this app.

This app is very useful. I go to high-school and use this to check my notifications and timetable every day. The only problem is that after one use it pops up with enable fingerprint and then doesn't work properly. Overall it's really good!

My daughter is at a new school and they use this app, I am very disappointed that I get this message in the Play Store and have to view it through a browser and not the app. "This app may not be optimised for your device." I would think since so many reviews are low there is definitely a problem with this app. My device is up to date and not what I would call old by any means for this app to not work properly! 😡😡😡😡

I am a student and when I need this in a minute open and ready it won't open because it has logged me out and when I go to log in it boots me out again which is frustrating I want this fixed soon

It won't let me login. I select my kids high school and instantly says login failed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my phone and still won't works. Definitely a bug that isn't allowing it to function.

App logged me out & won't let me log back in. Uninstalled & reinstalled the App & it temporarily fixed the problem but am now having the same problem

App uninstalled from my phone, Google Play tells me it's installed, but when I search for apps it's not in the pick list to add to my phone home page. I am forced to use the web based portal, or go to Google Play every time to open the app. Frustrating...

App doesn't show as being on phone, have to keep going through store to open

Recently updated but still terrible. I regularly get signed out and when I sign back in it sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. This has definitely not been an effective communication tool from my experience *EDIT* just want to emphasise how frustrating it is to get a notification and then get logged out when I try to view it. Try harder!

Awful. Done everything correctly as per instructions but still get a blank screen on my phone. Two kids at two Sentral using schools and can see neither in the app. Thought this was supposed to be an improvement over Skoolbag, but I'm experiencing exactly the same problems I had before. Except its worse because Sentral has greater functionality so I'm shut out of even more processes. Really, really, really irritating. Adds even more stress to the 'not doing homework' management workload. Hate it.

SO MANY PROBLEMS. Buggy - keep having to uninstall/reinstall to make it work at all, often without success. Doesn't remember your login, have to find school & type in username/password every time. Notification system never works, just have to remember to check it periodically to see if there's some important info I'm meant to have seen. Pointless home screen, for some reason you have to click through to the 'portal' to access the exact same info?? Why? I could go on. Utter trash.

Whenever you close the app you get logged out and have to log back in I recommend fixing that as it is majorly important

My app is up to date and I have uninstalled and reinstalled etc. Constantly logs me out. It is frustratingly slow to use. So slow that most times a message is red says there is an error because of time out. My Internet is fast, it is definitely the app. Flexibuzz was perfect with no problems - now we have this, which is terrible. Fix it.

Supper buggy app. Don't know why the school switched from Skoolbag. Never loads when you open it the first time. If you're lucky it will load the second or third time. Isn't compatible with Android dark mode. Text is unreadable on some screens due to this. App has a long way to go before being useful.

Awful app. Notifications don't work, they either disappear completely or give constant errors when trying to view

I have tried numerous times to set this up but my child's school isn't listed! Funny thing is I can view everything on a PC through the website but not on a mobile device. The app is useless to me at the moment

Please improve, switching between different schools is always logged out and requires user password again, even finger print enabled.

This app worked fine for me, up until today when I did the update. Now all I can do is search the school and that is all. I can't see anything else. I have re installed it and that hasn't helped.

I never get notifications so I miss when the teacher sends me a message. Notifications are definitely enabled but they never come up

Biometric crashed the application, please fix it. If there's bugs in manage your fingerprints functions doesn't work please don't offer that added security
