This app and the sentriconnect system in general are buggy and it just doesn't work. Try to open an account and it says my own cell phone number is unavailable. Try forgot password and get no response. Try to email support and get no response. This is the worst tool that any realtor or real estate board can use. Here's an idea, just use a normal lockbox like us realtors have been doing for decades... Absolute Fail!

Brutally bad design. I've got a new work email address, but I'm using the same phone number. There is no way to update this email address, nor start a new account, as the phone number seems to be permantly locked to the old email address. Their support can't even do it. Poorly designed app and even worse service from their tech support.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. So embarrassing when you're standing there with a buyer trying to get it open and sometimes we don't get in at all. it is not user error. It is so unfair that they tout Sentrilock as a more secure way when in reality it makes it impossible to see some homes. Another unnecessary expense for Realtors. And besides, you have to be an agent or inspector to get access to see the house in the first place. Useless and annoying.

Dear Listing agents. Please stop using Sentrilock. It is not reliable. Very embarrassing in front of our buyer clients. We could lose our clients especially when showing new clients for the first time. Everytime I Open my Senticonnect app, turn on my Bluetooth and press "enter" button. Then, it didn't work. It takes at lease 10min to contact Listing agent to release the code or to grant access in freezing cold weather. Should change the name to "Embarrassing lock" rather than " Sentrilock"

Terrible app, does not work. asks for a cell phone verificaiton code, tried calling them several times in the past two weeks and get the same excuse. that they are having technical difficulties. its been over 14 days!!!! How does the real estate boards keep such a garbage app.

Difficult to download. Re downloading because on 6 different properties where there was Sentrilock access only, i could not get the app to work. too bad you can't rate a zero. support staff are friendly and tried to help but NOTHING worked!!! HM

Sorry but this is insane. I work at a house cleaning company and I had to spend over an hour between customer, realtor and sentriconnect employees trying to figure out how to download an app, set up an account, log in, provide multiple emails, never actually receive an email, be told they are sending "text messages" to my office landline, and finally never actually gain access to this property after all of that! I don't have time for this! Hide a key next time!

It used to work but I do not know if I downloaded the new app or not. And I was sent all over the place trying to get it done. I finally did it maybe by downloading it from my office computer and not my cell phone. I have bad communication problems with you folks. I get angry almost every time I have to deal with you or your keybox. I wrote this three weeks ago and you are just now getting back to me asking me to tell you about it so you can help me. Really? Please don't bother. I was able to find my help elsewhere. Your help sucks as does your company.

As an assistant I get yelled at so much because sentriconnect is either too complicated to use or it's not working. It should have never been created and daycodes should've been kept.

This is a lot of waste of time. Keep directing to sign in and when I sign in it says your number already registered etc. etc but would not complete the process. I uninstalled the app. When you guys have a better solution then contact me again.

Updated: it works - but you need to turn your "location services" on in settings. Can't say I like the fact that it "tracks" me obviously, but it works.

Apps and lock boxes are easy to use. if you're driving 2 plus hours to show a house the code of ethics competent service clause is going to factor in beforean anti compete legislation does. If you don't know w now to access the listings do you know how to price a home or what out zoning and bylaw restrictions are? Save yourself this headache and more. Refer your client to a local Realtor so they can get the help they need. Boards are in place for a reason. Real Estate is a local business.
