Sentry Mobile
You can setup an MPS “stored value” Parker account and pay for parking at any MPS meter. The MPS mobile application allows you to make purchases on Legacy meters and in parking lots where municipalities permit this feature. You no longer have to carry coins or swipe credit cards to pay for parking! The Sentry Mobile application allows you to see your account balance at any time, and to replenish your account balance as needed.
When you pay for your parking and pull into your parking space, the MPS Meter will automatically update with the amount of time you purchased and display a smart phone icon to indicate that your time was purchased via the Sentry Mobile application. No more “guessing” about whether your mobile payment was actually properly applied to your parking spot!
You will receive automatic in-application alerts when your parking session time is running out, and you can see a quick summary of parking sessions you have purchased in the past. The “Where's my car” feature navigates you quickly back to your car.

Honestly, this app is almost absolute garbage. I only use it because the city where I live uses its "meters." Every time I use it, it will clear out all my account information except the license plates, which makes me wonder if it's going to pay out I will get a ticket. There's no way to know if the concierge service is correctly working to know if you are OK or could be ticketed and, after you've parked, there's no history of past transactions to see if it worked or what you paid.
Got 'Application is not available' message beginning with my first attempt to use the app. No success after performing all of the recommended troubleshooting. I want to give up, but it's the only game in town.
Showed up, parked, signed up for this sketchy app, bought time for the meter, then it told me I parked an hour and a half ago somehow, and the 1.5 hours of time I purchased would expire in five minutes. The purchase time was an hour and a half after the park time. How is that even possible. Garbage.
Currently avoiding Royal Oak because of this app and the setup. Still a junk app. I still cant do the auto Pay unless you have a balance. I could not find a place to store my cc assuming I might have to put the card in each time.. Park mobile was better, this is just too time consuming
Took me forever for it to accept my email for an account and now I can't even put time on a meter. Should have just stuck with parkmoblie.
You can't add money to meter before time runs out. I'm sure I'm getting a ticket because of this. The meter took my coins and produced no time . All round bad experience. It's a total money grab
Had to re-park twice because it said the empty spot I was parked in was in violation. This whole app / system is a pain in the rear.
Terrible, period not allowed in email address, gives you an error without telling you what's the problem. Try to add a credit card and never goes through.
Terrible UX. I'll continue to steal parking because of how hard it is to do the right thing and pay with this app.

On the android phone it is not made possible to accept the terms. Which then makes it impossible to use the app. So, now if I get a ticket while I'm in a salon chair and unable to pay from my phone, I'll be sure to send the ticket to you.😡😡😡
Works okay, but there is an odd way to select the parking space, it's a very long list of all the possible spaces. Very difficult to find your spot. If you try to search for a spot, many don't show up. The app should allow you to scan a QR code for the spot, or at least just allow you type in the space number.
I wish I could give a NEGATIVE rating. This app pure trash. When trying to log is it continuously says Application not avaliable thus ruining my evening out. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
If you make the font smaller on your phone, you can see the button to agree to the user agreement on android phone

Worked fine for me. Was a bit weird scrolling through the parking sites. You'd think they would be listed 1,2,3, etc, not 1, 10, 101, 102, etc.

I cannot add a license plate. Everytime I try to add I get "Server Error". Same error for weeks.
POS Application - No support. "Application not available" upon login. Completely unusable. Waste of time. Do not install.
I cannot even scan to the bottom of the agreement to click ACCEPT. Tried downloading it twice and gave up. Other reviews warned me But my city is installing these all over the place.
The app does not even allow you to recover password, as well as your funds. No customer service, never had bad experience like this. Small hands company, no recommend.
They fixed the issue where you had to deposit funds rather than pay per parking visit so I'm revising my prior review. Great job for listening to your customers
Right after I put $20 into the app for the Sentry meters in front of my friend's apartment building in Mpls, MN they were removed and replaced with city meters. I have asked to get the money back from my account with no response from Sentry mobile.
Works great! Being able to pay from my car when it's cold and snowing out is amazing!

I have never given a review, ever, but this was such a waste of my time. I'm embarrassed for the city, and for the developers.
Keeps saying app not available..even after reloading it..JUNK..Why did Royal Oak choose this???
Terrible app, and is not intuitive. Have to reput in your credit card and defaults to shortest possible time. Also it doesn't seem to connect well with the parking pillars. And after you buy the parking, it will randomly disappear from active sessions
