Sentry Parental Control
Sentry has developed a number of proprietary automated tools to help parents protect their children from the dangers of unsupervised usage of smartphones by monitoring the content and your child’s activities.
Sentry’s sophisticated algorithms enable continuous monitoring over your child’s mobile. The content that Sentry analysis comes from various sources such as your child's Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter and others. Parents are notified only when suspicious content or behavior is detected, thus keeping child’s privacy and maintaining a healthy parent/child relationship.
Our parental monitoring solution is firstly installed on the parent’s device, which is then followed by instructions on then how to install Sentry on your child’s device. It is your responsibility as a parent to tell your child about the installation of the app on his device.
Parent will be notified of the following events:
- Suspicious images received or taken by the child’s device
- Inappropriate and malicious text (cyberbullying and suicide warnings)
- Child’s location
- Apps usage
- Battery status
- Child’s device volume (Silent/Vibrate/Normal)
- You can turn on the child’s device volume remotely, in order to reach him
- Calls history
- Browsing history

I only recently installed the app and was very excited. However I found that none of the options like app usage or suspicious text work. Whenever I select either one nothing appears. I have refreshed so many times and sent 2 emails to support centre but I have yet to hear from them and get this vital issue resolved. Please please assist
I am able to see texts having key words that I have included. The data I get is updated constantly. My son knows he has the app but he cannot see it, so he cannot delete it. I wish I had the option to block/unblock certain apps or contacts.
What a great app. I have recommended it to other parents as a great way to keep an unobtrusive eye on the children's use of their phone, who they're interacting with and where they are. My two teenagers are aware that the app is on their phone, but because it is invisible they don't feel like they are being watched all the time. Finally, this app is free which has to be a great bonus for any parent
As a parent it is a very useful tool. Sat down with our daughter and fully explained why we are putting it on phone. Showed her fully how it works, that we only get alerts when certain words are used to keep her safe, and so we know roughly where she is without having to always keep contacting her. Ignore all the negative reviews from kids on the sentry kids app. It prooves it works. Brilliant app. Thank you
Thanks a lot. This app is not bad at all. You don't get everything you need to control your kids. One of the most important things that needed is having periodic screenshot or having ability to get real time screenshot.
Disapointed in not getting the call info on who is calling my daughter and the locstion information has not been updating as well as the app use. The text seems to be working fine.
new update make it not working as before what is wrong, notification not work plus all new function not work very well l, mostly I have to open app refresh and some times not gave me report what is going on? *** after contact with support team and follow up the structure of their request every things back to normal thank you for assist me. but if possible you do update app the way no need to re access to child phone again it is kind of hard to mange it. thank you
I am having a problem with login in it doesn't even allow me to go home screen keeps saying error refresh but doesn't want to go beyond that, it's been over 3 days now
Love that what the app can do, but i would find it useful to be able to see when my child was on certain apps together with the amount of time spent on the app.
Very good application. I can check if my child is on any application or website. I can see her phone calls, suspicious messages like bad language. Download and check, it's for free.
So far this app helped me to find defensive words in my young daughter correspondence. The list is configurable. You can see if the object of your interest is on wifi or celular network. Pretty happy with it.
This only worked for a bit when installed and has not updated app since December, phone has been used daily but it appears everything stopped updating in December, quite disappointed as expected this app to deliver better service
not getting text notifications even after somany checks. all of sudden 9t was stopped working and backend support also not that much knowledgable.
Doesn't work correctly. Useless customer support just sends you useless form responses without actually reading the issue. Useless.
Great app. Helps to keep a watch on child's activity. But I am unable to get the call details after the last update. Plzz fix this.
Best thing in this app is that it works as it said! No faking, no spamming! I would suggest to add option to save suspecious texts.
so far, seems great. the only downside, which they don't even mention when signing up, is that YOU have to enter all the words u want detected...
Can not trust this app. Not even a proper gps. Tested it with suspicious photos and texst. No use. Going through all te trouble to download. Waste of time
Won't let me log in. Keeps saying there is an error code. Please help. The app works well when I can access it. Sometimes on the newer phone (Samsung S10+) it only works for a few days then we have to restart the phone. It does not always pick up suspicious images and websites used. It works better on an older phone (Samsung s9+).
