Have installed the apps, once registered new user, show the process circle was turning-around within 1hr. Seems the server was not responding to the Apps.
POOR & USELESS application, it's almost 10days since I submit data as a user but the verification still not been done. seems they never maintain the database.
After clear the cache, I'm able to login to fix endless loading.. However the land land certifcate is listed but when clicking in the corresponding land certificate, it doesnt show any information, Only blank white window
Current update: When first opening the app: never end loading. Never get to the main app. Only circle, rolling, like forever.
The land owned in my name is immediately listed after successful verification. There are only a few that are not listed so need to be reported.

Useless app. Seems none handle the requests I submitted to this app. Said have to wait for about 10 days, but after more than 2 weeks, no reply nor any notification update in regards with my request. Cannot login, I was asked to check again username and password. But I tried entering many2 times, reseting password but all didnt work. Asked my wife to register, same results. Bad apps, waste of state budget

It didnt work after you update the newest version. How can we choose field Kantor, Desa/Kelurahan if the field is grey, not editable. Please, you should test your apps properly before it live to production systems.
Always error when account verification of hand signature. I have already contact to ATR BPN to report this error, but it ain"t work out so far. This application should be revised and update.
Verification process takes forever! Seems like the process are handled manually, not automatically done by the system.

I dont even receive any email confirmation when registering, does it real it belongs to our government or belong to some people who want to steal some data from us i dont know. Just be more carefull when inserting any important data here.
