SEO Libraries App

I do like the database availability, the color, and that it shows checkout/holds of all types. I have my family member's cards all linked on the one app, which is great when it works, but there times now I've had all of them somehow fall off of the list/become unlinked for no apparent reason. I have been using Bookmyne for some time and loved that I could see my place on the holds list, when items are in transit, and when items became available *at a glance*. SEO doesn't offer this yet.

unlike bookmyne, which this app is replacing, SEO Library does not tell you when you have to pick up your holds by. also even when you are on a different screen, the scrolling of the top titles is visible at the corner of the upper left-hand side which is very distracted. well the search function might have more details that you can add and subtract to your search, it also freezes up at times.

In many ways, SEO Libraries is an improvement over its predecessor (BookMyne.) I like that I can pull up my library card's barcode for the self-checkout (very nice feature, but not a requirement to me) and I like the search better (seems easier to narrow the format.) In my initial review, I noted the lack of visible deadlines for picking up holds as my major complaint. I see that these have been added, and have raised my score to 4-stars as a result.

Would rather log in to my library through my browser. It shows you everything you have checked out through all the apps. I returned my audiobook because I thought I had a physical copy of it on hold. That is annoying. If I need to know what I have checked out with those, I will go to that app. I, like, everyone else do not like how it does show you the date you need to pick up your hold by. This app is not good.

This app is so helpful, and so much easier than using the mobile web interface. The only thing that would make it better is if it would quit asking me for location access - I do not wish to use those features or share my location with the app - I'd like a setting to shut it off.

every time i've tried to log in it says "unable to log in." i've restarted my phone, deleted the app (many times), and retyped my information, but it just isn't working. downright unusable. it used to work for me, but after this, there's no point. idk what went wrong.

This app is okay, but it needs more features! It must tell me how many renewals i have left on each book. I must be able to see the date when the hold suspension comes off. And i need to see what date i must pick up my holds by! And i must be able to edit my suspension date! Without all of these, this app is worthless. If i close and reopen the app, it doesn't remember my account information even tho it says I'm still signed in. Please fix!!

When searching for books the books do not have pictures of the item unless it is an ebook or video. However, the picture appears under checkouts and holds. Also can't see when hold item is available for pick up

The app is unstable. After several attempts to use it (downloading, deleting, and re-downloading at least four times), I just gave up. It's not worth the time or frustration.

Every time I log in, the app logs me out and deletes the accounts I have linked. Bookmyne was much better. Shouldn't have an app available if all the bugs aren't worked out.

The app is useless for people that have moved from the town where they got their card. I live in a town that is in the consortium but not on the list of libraries (which includes only those close to where i got my card) I can have holds sent to. If you can use your card at any library in the consortium, you should also be able to get holds sent to any library in the consortium.

Love this app!!! Easy to renew books or check on holds etc. You can link your children's accounts which is just awesome!!! Everything in one place! Highly recommend if you use the library often!

When an available ebook is off of hold, it will not let me download it to my selected device anymore. I used to be able to download it to my kindle, and now it gives me the option to view or place hold on it.

Works great so far. looks a lot better than book myne which worked fine but it was ugly. Made my the same publisher that made the clevenet libraries app.

this app is terrible it does not show when item is at the library location I have on hold!!!

DON'T UPDATE Latest update has made the app completely unusable and it deleted my holds.

I cannot place a hold because i cannot highlight the email bar to type my email in. Why is this?

I love this app and use it all the time to get books.
