The app needs a huge update. I've been enjoying using this app since I came to Korea 3 years ago. It was very convenient for me until recently when I'm trying to check how long it takes to get to Songpanaru Station. And to my astonishment it's not on the map! I checked online and in Line 9 alone several stations are missing. (I don't know the other lines.) I really thought this app was the best there is. Hate to uninstall... hope you'd update soon. ㅠ.ㅠ
Generally good, but has part of the rail map missing. Also when using it to plan trips, you cannot see the full rail map. The trip planning let's you know what train to change to get to you next stop, but does not tell you which direction, so you need a full map to try figure out which side of the line to get on to the train.
Very good application, simple and very usefull.
Ads could've been a bar on bottom or something but they're full screen and you have to wait til they play fully. Very inconvenient when you're trying to quickly figure out which train you have to take. Also, what's with the super slow loading time? This new update is terrible.
Not updated to include current routes as of 2019. Line 9 connects to Olympic Park now and we were confused because the app made it seem like we teleported to a different line entirely when in reality the map hasn't been updated to include new connections. I use KakaoMetro now because of this.
The app told me that it only takes me 38mins to get from sinyongsan station to the Inchon Intl Airport. But actually it told me 1.5hr that I almost missed my flight!! And it also doesn`t show/calculate the sequence of the metro in the travel duration which I would expect, prefer and appreciate this function.
For a foriegner travelling to Seoul, i found this app the most user friendly and apt. Suggest mentioning all the stops between the starting station and the destination in the Route Planner. That would make it perfect!
It has everything I need, more importantly it is in English.
I hope they update the maps. Some parts of the subway maps are entirely missing and don't reflect the current state of the subway system.
You're not updated. I was at Olympic Park station and found that there was another line that can direct me to the station I want in 20 mins. Had I believe you app completely Id have to travel for aboutban hour to get there.
very useful for my first adventure to Korea. the GPS is slightly off but i was able to see my routes easily
I would pay for premium is the basic wasn't complete USELESS!! WORST APP
Good basic route planner. Could be more useful with more features
Very useful. It really helps tourist get to their destinations!
This app allowed me to travel long distances in Seoul easily.

This app gives me the best route to Gapyeong from Seoul. It would have been perfect if it could include the fare. The app also have this feature which tells you how to hope between 2 lines without going to a interchange station.
if you gonna use subway in seoul, this is your app! simple & easy to use and plan subway trips.
The app is broken. It says the simple path from Jamsil Euljiro 1 has 28 stops, which is what you get if you go towards Jamsilsaenae, but the optimal thing to do is to go towards Jamsillaru and have only 14 stops, hence getting to the destination faster. Overall the app is poor. It gives you detail on the route it has chosen, do you don't know which stations to look after, and it doesn't even let you scroll when looking at a selected route on a map. It doesn't tell you about fares if you wanna go to the Incheon airport I'd advise a traveler to use this app with great caution, as it might be decisive
