SEPTA Instant

It's basically just Google Maps simplified for transit (SEPTA specifically for thar matter). It's not a problem but why have this why I have the transit which - not only they don't use Google Maps - but is pretty accurate (way more than Google Maps scheduling because it's real-time) and works on more than just SEPTA (it works on people much all American transit authorities and I think ones outside the US too).

This is the best Septa app ever. Even better than the Septa company app, I really mean it. It is so easy to understand. lts straight to the point. Not complicated at all. plus you can save your starting point. Man I give you a lot of credit. you are a mazing...... thanks a whole lot!!!! Please give it a try, you wont regret it.

Schedule was wrong and off by a significant amount of time. There was no holiday, no change of service, no indication that it was any different, Septa Instant was simply wrong. Now I'm stuck waiting for regional rail for another hour. This isn't the first time and it won't be the last. I'm done with this app.

The app was fantastic when it worked but for several weeks it just won't load. Every I start it, I get the message, "Unfortunately, SEPTA Instant has stopped." I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. If I could get this to work again, my rating would go to 5.

I enjoy this app,it gives me the times for stops not on the schedule. But it needs to be updated. Septa has removed some stops. I was standing at a stop that is no longer in service. Thank goodness the driver was nice enough to stop and inform me.

I leave an hour early everyday to get to work on time and I dont know if it's the drivers or the app or both. I used to rely on This app to help me time me.getting to work a half hour early. Yeah ,no there have been quite a number of times the trolley was supposed to arrive or leave the beginning point and 7:03am and didnt even arrive until 7:34am. This has caused me plenty of problems. I advise you use is as a guideline not to get you to arrive on time. Just leave early.

This used to be my go to for septa, but it wasn't updated for the last two changes in the weekend schedule for the Manayunk line, and it hasn't been updated for this week schedule changes. I'm thinking I may as well delete it.

Like it more than Septa's app, but the GPS features aren't working right any more. Buses disappear and reappear randomly, and it causes me to miss the bus way too often.

This app is the best! its easy to follow, nothing complicated just what you want. I checked out others too, but they got me confused. This was straight forward and accurate. Extremely Helpful!

Long story short the times for scheduled stops and the times the GPS Maps saying the buses times of arrival are inaccurate, sometimes significantly off. FYI everybody download SEPTA Real Time app, it's much more helpful/useful 😉 ! Septa Instant =🤦‍♂️👋🖕✌🤣

the info on the app is wrong! the route time change, 2/24/19 Some of the times don't show up on your app. route #96 the app shows time from 8:55am to10:22 am then it skips to 6:46 pm what about the times in between? the septa app shows everything in between.

For some reason, all of a sudden, it tells me there are no routes for buses, trolleys, subway. It only tells me about regional rail. I've uninstalled it multiple times and it still says "no routes available"

Not good because you don't keep the schedule updated. What appears currently in the app bears little resemblance to actual departure times from Doylestown. What is the purpose of having the app if you don't keep it up to date?

It's okay except the regional rail schedules are way off! Many trains don't even run any more but this app tells you they do. App is worse than useless really at this point.

Info in app not accurate! Don't use! Today is really the last straw. App told me there was an 11:26am train from 30th street station to Norristown TC. Got to station, found out train doesn't leave until 11:52. Checked septa web site, there is no 11:26 train on sundays, only 11:52. Uninstalled, looking for a new septa app now.

I use this app every day. Sure, it bugs out and crashes sometimes, but I couldn't use the bus system witbout it. So much better than anything put out by SEPTA officially.

I only ride the train. And as soon as I tried to open the rail section of the app it instantly closed. Been happening for a while. It is a shame because it used to be very reliable.

The app is great, however, SEPTA NEEDS TO UPDATE ITS SCHEDULE FOR CERTIAN BUS ROUTES!! While this has nothing, really to do with the app except that there is misinformation out there that could affect how people rate it and use it.

This app started glitching again after requesting to be updated. This was once upon a time my favorite septa app for years but this same issue has come back. Fix this problem asap PLEASE

With latest update (to Version 3.3.6) when opening app get immediate message that app has stopped. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Same result.

Septa's own app is more reliable ones you become comfortable with its interface; it's Punctuality tested many times over, Live bus arrival updates not just estimates.

Great great app. Please add the route number to the favorites. Update the route 31 bus. i travel in the evenings and it guves me early morning schedules

I would have given it five stars before but when I open the app now it doesn't show the schedules for the bus or train. Would you please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you

App was working until last week. Now it shows no upcoming schedules and no gps for vehicles. Completely unusable. Please fix

This app is never accurate with timing. No matter what time I check for a bus it only list morning schedules. Making me forever late going to work. Fix your APP!!!
