Not being able to link your credit card feels archaic and plainly makes this app lose out to it's competitors. Having to use your bank account with a "1-2 day delay" that also just shows up as "Glase" on your bank statement? Also not acceptable in 2019. I highly recommend using some other service.
Possibly the worst payment app on the market. Clunky authorisation, crappy interface, idiotic fees and overall a hideous experience. Do not use under any circumstances.
It's brilliant. Just working fine! So easy to use. You even can send money to another mobile phone without any deductions like taxes or fares... Awwwwwesome!
Did not keep their promise of cash back. Apparently not enough funding available. Just got a message that service will be stopped.
They promise payback and they give nothing. They owe me 6 months of payback now and their customer service keeps saying that the payment will happen soon and nothing ever happens. Avoid!!!

Camera doesn't work. What's the point in using seqr if I'm unable to start my camera and scan the code! Edit: I've been in touch with the developers/customer service and was asked numerous times to check the camera permissions etc. Yes, I've given the app permissions and updated it to the latest version. Edit 2: this version works good Edit: no cashback for two quarters. No reason to use it without cashback for me
I used this app for several years when it was SEQR but no cashback after Q1 2018 when it is Glase. No reason to use this Glase anymore since there are better alternatives. UPDATE: Glase cancelled their cashback program in retrospect from Sep 1 informing users only now after 1.5 months in mid Oct. Shame. Quit.

Glase is just too unreliable for a payment app. Cashback seems to be only paid if you ask for it or give a bad review here. I didn't use it for some months now but today i decided to leave this review, uninstall and delete my account... There are better alternatives.
App works generally well and is convenient but cashback not paid any more. UPDATE 1 October 2018: cashback is now owed for two quarters, no news from company, not responding to enquiries. I have stopped using it until this is resolved.
Was using it with another app, that one so stopped supporting older android, this app don't support this newer android, so now i need two android phones to use it... Fail started paying with cc instead as was to complicated to get this running again smoothly. Was fun while it lasted. Also bills for this was never delivered by PostNord as was always lost for 4 weeks, and arrived AFTER pay day so had to download invoice self from webpage.. So complicated.. Error -6 Seems to be resolved now on today's update ! Will test if OK or not when using it. No notice what are solved in "what's new"
No longer works for me (Germany). Furthermore, the support does not take action to help me with the apps issues. For a payment app, Glase is too unreliable.
I love this app, it's one of the few ways to pay using my OnePlus 3T in Italy. Its fast, I like the aesthetics and it even works offline, I used it to pay on a Ryanair flight.
Could you create for samsung watches this app? Tizen system? So we can pay with the watch???
Sleek app, some minor nitpicks: tapping only works if it is your default payment app (declining on that dialogue will make the app back out of the Tap&Pay feature). If at first you don't succeed in paying, try starting the app in airplane mode - spotty network connectivity can make it fail
The app is good and easy to use BUT it is not always reliable as a sole method of payment since the NFC will simply stop working at some point when you want to pay and tell you that this service is unavailable at the moment... please try again later. Wonderful... except I'm at the checkout, embarrassed and can't really wait until tomorrow. So, ok, but not a thing to rely on.
I used this app in sweden for parking my car. They took all my bank details and I used it a few times until today I got a letter about double the money I really should pay if I was using my own credit card. I got a letter and a fine as well that they couldn't take money out of my account and now I have to pay a fine as well . Complete scam app. I won't recommend no one in sweden use this app as high possibility you ends up in kronofogden without even knowing it
After three successful payments my limit is still 25€. Fix your app guys. Do testing, do regression and stress tests. Check all conditions. Then publish app. Fire your software test architect and get a new one. Thanks. Update: Thanks for the reply. But regarding your software architect, do not forward to the developers. That one goes to management! Update 2: I reduced from 2 stars to 1 because after months of regularly paying with Glase, my limit still shows as €25. You said that would change after 3 payments. I've done over 10 already. Anyway, just glad Google Pay now works in Germany. Will be uninstalling your app shortly. Anyway, your SW devs were way too slow in fixing the issues I reported months ago.
Was forced to use this app to pay my parking. After 15 minutes installing, fiddeling, verifying, adding credit card, adding money I managed to pay the parking fee. And they stole an extra 10 from me as you had to adding at least 50 kr. I will never use this annoying app again.
Sadly this app is done for me. I've watched as it has lost integration partners and the now cancelled cashback system (which still hasn't paid out for previous quarters) as well as terribly slow customer service. It amazes me how they managed to lose traction in a market they were once leading.
