love the two games and have paid for both, I managed to get the 1st one reloaded but for some reason when I try to load the 2nd full game it won't work, I can down load the free trial game but not the full game without paying again. why, love the games and have played several times.

Paid for game. Tried to open with no luck. Got refund. You have one Big problem here. Sort it if you want to keep players!,

After purchasing this game it did not appear on my screen to play the game very disappointed

It's big stinker because the game won't even load! Why offer the game for the 2020 Memorial Day sale if it doesn't even load?

Brilliant game but do prefer the first one.

Got part way through and it started going round in circlesm giving the same tools over and over. Now it freezes and closs down after completing the same puzzle. I hope big fish will eventually get back to me as this is now the 4th paid for game that hasn't worked properly. The other 3 didn't even open though.

Just started it but it's already much better than the first one. The graphics are better but still could have some improvement. Some of the scenes are just too cluttered and busy. I'm gonna keep playing and see if I still like it. UPDATE...they don't give very good instructions, even on how to move about the game, and I don't like how you can't go back and find items you missed. But otherwise it was a decent game.

This is a pretty solid game that looks great but has some issues. Nothing major--just spots where it didn't seem to register an action which made me think it wasn't correct only to come back later, after exhausting every possible option, and have it work. There also seemed to be some loading issues with the cut scenes at the beginning of many chapters but I would just close it and come right back and it would be fine. HO scenes and puzzles were good--challenging but not ridiculous. Story was interesting enough. Overall, I enjoyed it and thought it worth the money. Maybe not my favorite Big Fish game but still better than most developers of this genre.

It wouldn't play! I loved the first game and was excited to get this one. However, I have purchased it twice. The first time I got it purchased, and installed, opened the game and it froze. So, I uninstalled it, and when I went to install it again, the Play Store said I hadn't purchased it. So I purchased it again. Same thing happened, where it froze and wouldn't load anything. So I've uninstalled it three times, and every time I install it, it freezes and will not load the game. I am very frustrated, and feel let down. I've been looking forward to playing this game since I finished the first one, and I just can't. So I'm out $4 now. If someone can help me with that that would be great I would love to play this game!

TERRIBLE organization. Mini games/puzzles severly disjointed. To many machinations & navigations out of scenes to solve complex puzzle design, coupled with profound lack of instruction or direction make for a fairly simple conclusion to become a frustrating complex distraction. Always love Big Fish games, but ya really dropped the ball on this one. Also, many objects in HOS are wrong nomenclature showing that creator of this game has a poor command of the English language

Unfortunately waisted my time. Really got into it. Got to mirror and tried for 2 days to break it with rock (walkthru explained) GLITCH... un-installed. Cant get money or gigs back. 4th game in a row... bullshit Big Fish Games

What in the world is wrong with game. I've had this game for over a year and it has been working beautifully. Love it. Then all of a sudden all I get is a black screen. And not just on my tablet but on my phone too. I tried reinstalling it on both but still nothing. Help please!!!! Well it's been three years since I first reviewed this game. Google, please remove this game. It doesn't work. I have a new tablet and phone and still when I load this game nothing but a black screen.

Enjoyed game very much. Am only giving it a 3 because I would love to play the first one but there is no free trial. Unless I know for sure, I will not spend a dime until I have tried a games. If you want more customers, have more free games.

Cool game til I got to lvl 7 and it froze and wouldnt come back up. Even if I close the app n restart it comes back to the same frozen screen. Needs an update with bug fix for android users.

Not well-thought out hints. Very annoying. Simply useless, bringing no information whatsoever to the lost adventurer.

I'm waiting for number 3 to come out please come out with it soon. this is the best game I've ever played
