Serta MP Remote

As others have stated this app connects then disconnects almost immediately. In the past the Reverie (manufacturer) app worked but after various updates it responds the same. Serta seems to not have the least amount of interest in having this app updated. With the outrageous cost for a 2nd remote the option of an app based control option made the purchase agreeable. If I knew this app would be so awful I may have chosen a different motion base.

This app has helped us since day one. when I lost my remote to my bed. It works just like my remote. I don't get ads sent to me while using this app. It's not like some apps where u can use it a few times then they offer u a subscription that u will need to pay for In order to keep using the app. This app is free & deserves a 5☆rating I don't understand the negative reviews on here nor believe them. If anyone reads this make sure ur Bluetooth box under ur bed is plugged-in to the wall and bed.

Need to do an update Serta?!? It connected for 2 seconds then disconnected there are some bugs you guys should send an update for the Serta Motion Perfect III Adjustable power base. Last updated was in 2016, its almost 2020. Anyone know how to fix this issue on a 1600 base that wont work properly?

Help It's late and I can't get the Bluetooth to connect. It's worked fine for months, but when I am sick and need to lower the head it suddenly says there's a Bluetooth issue. I turned on every permission . This is a nightmare.

I have the Serta Motion Custom II powered by ergomotion, and the only remote control app that works for me is the remote on the Sleep Tracker app. Hope this helps someone!

Works great on my phone, I was worried based on other reviews. Guessing that issues are compatibility issues with specific phones so it is likely hit or miss.

It will not connect to my brand new phone, spent the afternoon trying different things, Unplugging and replugging, different bt settings. Why advertise if it dont work?

I love this app whenever I can't find my remote. It honestly works.. Idk why people have such negative responses. You have to have the 3.0 adjustable base in order for this to work.

It seems the reverie but as soon as you connect it says no device connected. Useless!

works 95 persent of the time sometimes it refuses to pair and i dont do anything different and the next night it connects as soon as i open up the app.

Worked when i first installed it do i need to out batteries in the bed too?? Now it wont connect at all.

Such a stupid app. Doest ever connecg to the bluetooth. Its frustrating using this app.

It worked great for about a day or two then it just will not stay connected claims to have some kind of Bluetooth issue but there isn't this is a brand new bed. The app layout is nice and when it was working it worked great please fix I would really like to use this app. I would be happy to change my rating at that time.

I can't sleep and need the head lowered, but don't want to wake my sleeping partner by rummaging through our drawer of remotes. Thank goodness there's an app for that! Setup and installation altogether took maybe 2 minutes. Set up was so easy. Turned on app, allowed permissions, it found my base immediately without any further actions needed from me, and immediately responded to button presses. So awesome!

I followed the instructions and connected 1 time. Now I get a message saying there was a problem with the Bluetooth. I even tried to unplug and plug it back in again and nothing. How do I stay connected? Update, so far my Ipad seems to work fine where my Android has connectivity issues. So my rating goes from 1 to 3. Now i figured it out. Lol. I am making this 4 stars. 1 star for the not very good instruction for the app itself. In my Ipad and Android, you need to go into settings to auto connect. You need to also be close to the bed. Worked every time. You have to initially discover Bluetooth then you use the app to connect if you do not have auto connect set up. Custom settings didn't always stay but eventually it would. Now to add an alarm so the bed vibrates to wake you up would be awesome!

Was worried about what I'd do if the remotes broke. All functions work and connecting is easy if you allow it to access Bluetooth and GPS. Weird requirement but after you have allowed it to see GPS it then turns it back off. I like it. Thanks for making a simple and straightforward app.

This remote is great, I did have to get a tech out to show me how to get it connected to my bluetooth, there is a trick to it, and there is instructions online. Now it connects and works perfectly evertime

The app could be a lot prettier and I still haven't been able to figure out if you can rename the left side and right side connections but other than that the app does everything that the control does. Works fine.
