Why can't they make the background black or any dark night color instead of white or allow people to charge the color? No one wants to go blind trying to adjust their bed in the middle of the night from looking at theit bright white phone screen. Also some customizable presets would be nice. A few for sleeping, watching TV, reading, elevating legs, elevating back.

when the app works it is great but it doesn't work a lot. Update: the trick is to be able to cycle the bed power when the Bluetooth starts to struggle to connect. I installed a remote switch for the bed power to make it easier and it has been okay-ish since.

Old app, no longer supported in newer versions of android. Anyone know if an app for the 6-button EASE remote? It has the basic head/foot up and down and a minus button in the middle and a zero G button. Trying to find an app that'll control the frame it's for.

it worked wonderful until it didn't. the latest update by Samsung ended any use by my phone ade it will no longer pair. I have used 2 others the last 3 years all of which took time to go through the motion if plugging it in and out many times and ir worked. this one is not, ki use a Samsung G9 S if it matters. my bed it's not old enough to need fo replace and this feature is a big deal to me. I am a homebound disabled vet

This will not pair to my LG thin Q8. I'm pissed. I loved being able to play music on my bed at night and now it says that the app was made for older version of android. What's the point in having a bed with bluetooth if I can only plug in my phone to charge? What a waste!

I got my bed discounted because the remote wasn't included. This app works flawlessly to control my bed and play my music over Bluetooth. There are 2 serta remote apps so you do need to make sure you're downloading the correct one

I have the Serta Motion Custom II powered by ergomotion, and the only remote control app that works for me is the remote on the Sleep Tracker app. Hope this helps someone!

Work-around Fix. App worked again! 1. Uninstall app 2. Unplug power for 30 seconds & turn on. 3. On my Galaxy Note 10+ scanned & connected to bed's bluetooth 4. Install app & open 5. Click on the three dots at upper right corner & choose "Select Device", connect to the bed. 6. Do double fist pump, say "YES!" & thank me.

Sporadically worked, now my phone has updated and the app no longer works at all, says the app was made for older versions of Android.

This app worked previously on my Nexus 6p. However after the most recent update to the operating system it no longer sees the Bluetooth connection to my bed

Would not link. I repeatedly tried unplugging the bed base but it was a no go.

Tried using this app but it just would not work, did what others said and still could not get it to work. Any suggestions?

The application works, takes some fiddling, but it does work. NOTE: You do NOT sync this with the application but rather through the Bluetooth menu for the Android itself then go to the application and add from there. I love technology but this application has a lot to be desired. First, the application drains the battery quickly. Fully charged at 100% down to 34% in 20 minutes. Second, the bed/application does not offer Bluetooth for telephone conversation use. This would be a nice feature.

I initially gave this app 1 star for not working with my Galaxy S 3 as others have reviewed. I have found that after you download the app. .. Before you sync to the Bluetooth, unplug the bed from power for about 30 seconds then plug back in. A blue light on the control panel under the bed will flash. At that time try syncing with the bed. It should work. It did for me and now the remote app works like a champ. Good luck all.

Galaxy 3s plays music but remote app doesn't work. Says connecting but stalls out.

If I ever misplace my serta remote control, I'm able to use this app to get my bed into its desired position. More products should have this type of application for situations like these.

Now works with Galaxy S10. Would love if you could set schedules with it rising up. Would be a great way to wake up.... Vibration or raising automatically.

Tried unplugging the base, restarting the phone, and more. Will not pair with the base inside the app on Samsung Galaxy S7. Paid too much money for this simple app not to work.
