Service Autopilot

App is damn near unusable. In my company everyone has had constant issues using this software. Everyday it takes a long time to load up anything. Usually I have to fight with the app over and over for it to update the jobs list. Trying to pull up an address takes so much time. The loading times on this app has damn near made this useless. I don't use the app anymore and instead have reverted back to using paper timesheets. Save your money and buy and app that works

Consistantly getting input string errors when doing estimating work. These issues have caused considerable headaches and lost profits. Disappointed with the uptime of the app and disappointed with the support we receive over the issue

This company is a joke. Their product is super flawed. The time I've lost fighting this system is nothing next to the loss of customers from billing issues. The time it takes payments to post to my sccount is not as advertised and you need to put in tripple time to try to figure out IF the funds for the accounts actually transfer to your account after the invoices post as paid showing accounts @ $0.00.

This really is a horrible mobile app. It's glitchy, difficult to use, job notes frequently don't show up, runs very, very slowly, crashes constantly and just overall sucks compared to its competition. If you're already locked into Service Autopilot, I suppose you don't have much choice in using this godforsaken app but if you're still deciding which management app to use, I strongly recommend looking at other options.

Dumpster fire. I use thud app for work and it crashes without warning. Stalls often. Loses internet connection somehow, though the rest of my phone is connected to the internet and working fine. Slows you down when trying to keep schedule because although you might be working hard and trying to be successful, this app doesn't care.

Works pretty well most of the time. If it's acting up, reinstalling generally helps. They're support is great. I really like that I can add pictures and notes and the office can see them immediately.

Works well enough, but really needs the ability to label pictures in the app. Otherwise it's just many pics attached to clients with no explanation. Please fix this and I will raise my rating. Thank you for a smooth app regardless.

Freezes every time I log in and i can't even scroll up and down. One of the reasons why i get this sorftware is to reduce time in the office by typing the crew's clock in and out of every activity and is not giving results. I may have to cancel this service if the problem isn't resolved. The worst app in the world.

I've hardly scratched the surface of the capability and its already saving me alot of time! They are constantly improving the software and do take feedback seriously qnd make changes asap!!

Been a customer for 7+ years and the app has not been upgraded since then. Same outdated app as before. The owner sold this company and everything has gone way downhill ever since. Sad but true😢

How about some other options: ++pre written notes that the crews can choose from and add to the job. This could be easily added and easily notify the office.

Updated just now. STILL unusable. This app sucks. I would expect a lot better. Very unfortunate. Still is completely useless with new update. Doesn't work at all on my Samsung note 8. Seriously wth?

I have a galaxy s10 plus, I have many problems with this application, it freezes, it closes on its own. It does not let me check in and out. many problems. please help.

If I'm out of the office and a customer calls to ask what their balance is...this app shows the wrong balance and fails to include previous payment. Its embarrassing arguing with a customer about their balance and finding out it's the app that's wrong. It's not wrong on just one customer. It's wrong on all!!

App is trash, kicks you out while using it or working on a job. Takes an eternity to load anything whether on cellular or even WiFi. Not user friendly at all.

App only works part of the time.. won't even let you log in sometimes.. hard to run a business when you can't even access an account you pay for.. don't waste your time

useful, but extremely buggy. Error messages galore prevent it from working more often than it works.

Drains phone battery fast, but the company I work for uses is and it works well. But have a phone charger with you.

I have to use this app for my job. My boss has set up an account for me, that I can't even log into. I have an S10. Could you please update the app so it's compatible for my phone?

Best program for landscaping

I'm using this app for work purpose and Sometimes the app has glitches now it's not even saving my freaking pictures so I uninstalled and reinstalled and giving this app another try

Logs out. Slow. Even have to reinstall at times for it to work.

This app is not good at all, most of the time I have to restart it because it freezes👎👎

Just looking at my schedule is painful. Even on fiberoptic internet it takes a full minute to show me what jobs I have. And then I have to wait again to check the next day

This app is slow. Always logs me out and then takes up to 5 mins to load my jobs

This app is a joke never gave me a chance to make an account . Now it wants me to log in . How the can I do that if ur app is not working properly if I can give you negative Stars I would
