Service Finance does not charge a fee for the use of its free mobile application. However, web access is required and third party message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for specific fees and charges. A supported mobile device is needed when using this application. Use of the Send Document Feature requires a supported camera-equipped device. During the installation you will be requested to trust certain features of the application, in doing so, you are allowing the application to use those features. Using the EZ Sign Portal feature redirects the user to Service Finance's secure url for easy execution of documents.

I was able to set up an acct but when I went to log in and make a payment now all of a sudden my credentials are wrong not only that but their phone numbers aren't working either so I sent an email telling them to call me because I can't call them and they replied to call the same numbers that aren't working. WTH I even tried using the forgot password link and now it's saying "NO ACCOUNT FOUND WITH THAT EMAIL ADDRESS" Company not recommended
Consider adding finger print reader for quick login. There should be a option to send a loan application to the client electronically. So I fill in the basic information such as sales amount, down payment, which loan program and then type in the email address of the client and email it to them. When they receive the request they can click on the link and complete the loan application by providing personal information. Once it's complete, I should be able to see what is the status on the applica
Fix your app. Just created an account and can log in fine on my computer but for some reason it isn't recognizing my password and saying it's incorrect
This app doesn't work. It will not recognize your loan number. Is a waste of time, just like their website. Very hard to make payments to these people.
Works perfectly fine for submitting applications. You need to go to actual site for funding and other task. But this is great for the sales rep.
Garbage. Can't log in, won't accept email address. I have a password manager, so I know the creds are correct. Just use the website.
Could not login because it would not accept my email address. The block that the email goes into cannot show the entire address which makes it an invalid login.
Installed the app on my phone to prevent late payments. Keeps stating email is incorrect. Updated everything online, still unable to use app.
App force closes on start startup screen. Not really helpful when you can't use it.

Created account on website. Downloaded app requested email to log in. Account was set up with user name not email. DELETED app immediately.
once your an approved dealer, it is a very easy app to negotiate. getting financing for my clients is a cinch.

biggest compaint is entering birthdate, expiration dates, etc. why cant it just be a text box rather than the wheel?
Log in issues NEEDS to be fix! Can't experience the app because it won't even allow you into it!

For Dealers only. This company has horrid customer service and no app to pay your bill. Stay away.
