Good bank but unfortunately the app isn't very good. App doesn't work with auto-fill Android feature, and doesn't remember login information like the option says it's supposed to. Also feels way behind other banking apps. Would be cool if auto fill could work or maybe add biometric login as well.
Tried to do Mobile deposit, went work. Locks up after taking first pic. Not an easy thing for me to go to nearest branch to make deposit, I live in Florida
I wish they would put a instant balance on , so you don't have to log in every time. About all the other Banks apps have INSTANT BALANCE
Keeps crashing, and bank acts like I'm the only one with the problem. From reviews..clearly not.
Reinstalled the app today after the last one kept crashing, seems to be working better. Fingers crossed
Wouldn't let me set up Bill Pay. Go to bank finally get it done. 3 weeks later go to use and it stopped again! It doesn't even know why!
Used to love this app but now every time I try to use it it crashes and that's every single time...
It was a good app. Failed a week ago. Cleaned phone, restarted phone. Deleted app, reinstalled. Works so far. Very poor communication from the bank.
I loved the app when it worked after this update it's useless!!! All it does is say that the app isn't working close it or report problem. Please fix this so I can go back to loving the app!

It works well. You just need to use the appropriate login. Much more offered than the previous product.
Can't get a loan after over 10 years with them.
I would give it a -5 if I could. Yesterday before update it was fine. Now on both mobile and this app there isn't anywhere for me to login. I'm going to Uninstaller and load earlier version. I will make sure it doesn't automatically update.
Will not let me Log In

wont save user name even when you check the box..i check box everytime sign in and it dont save.old one is better

Great bank, terrible app. Functionality of an app from 2010. Please get hire someone to build you a better platform.
