I travel a lot for work and personally and love having Service's help for when there are flight issues! I've have some issues with flights connecting to my app via my email, but that's it! I would recommend because I dont have the time in my day to try to get compensation for delayed flights.
The app is enticing but it is portrayed as a service the makes an effort to help with claims with an airline. In reality, they simply send a generic email to a standard inbox asking for compensation, with no sites of reason. Bypass this one and work with airlines on your own. I wasted $50 bucks for my weekly travel. Useless app...
Tried contacting customer service through the app but it didn't work. I added both my work and personal email but for some reason after a 6 weeks, only the personal email yielded flights though I frequently travel for work and most itineraries get sent there. Of the 3 Delta flights that qualified as sufficiently delayed in my personal email, all 3 were unsuccessful. I feel like I wasted $50.
Great app idea but I can't get into it. It stays on the load screen forever. Haven't actually got into the app in 4 or 5 months. Hope I figure this out so I don't get charged when the year is up.
I used this for a year, had multiple delays and cancelations, I fly 80 times a year... And they got me 0 returned. Nothing. They promised at least 49, didn't extend my year, didn't reimburse me, and had full access to my email for the year. Wake up people. This is a scam.
Great app, super easy to use. Connected my inbox and it found 2 eligible flights. Got a voucher and money back less than a month later. Definitely recommend!
This app boasted a lot of returns. I vouched for the $50 plan and have received nothing for multiple delayed flights and very regular travel.
i have never received any payouts for the numerous delayed flights. unable to login via Google or Facebook single sign on. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Excellent assistance and issue solution I have used for a few years and they have deliver every time.
I got a refund on my own but service tried to claim it as their work and now are charging me a $35 fee for a flight voucher that I already had with me before even signing up for Service.
Doesn't detect domestic flights from Southwest and the manual addition is terrible and refises to let me type in the passenger name. Bad app
Service was a good app, but ClaimCompass hasn't been sufficiently transparent about whether they are honoring existing (lifetime) subscriptions post-takeover.
Every action requires 2 taps. I sorely miss the web interface.
Useless. Installed and reinstall multiple times. Does not open.

Found a delayed flight from a few months ago, submitted a claim and received 5,000 miles in my account 4 days later. Update: as of lately this app is garbage, never have anything comemof my claims including 5 hours delayed due to mechanical issues and 4 hours delayed overseas due to staffing. most likely a waste or your time using this "service"
Waste of money, borderline scam. I've flown every month since October 2017 and experienced cancelled flights, delays etc. Out of nearly 10 claims, not one was successful. Doesn't matter which airline. I had claims from SW, Spirit, and United. My next flight this month is not showing in the app as an upcoming flight. And don't bother contacting customer service for a valid answer or a refund. I'm waiting to see this company pop up on an episode of American Greed
This app is worth it's weight in gold!!! I travel for a living, and so it follows that travel delays are a part. The app, on installation, parsed my emails going back several months, and filed claims. I have already received TCs worth many times the annual $50 subscription fee. Couldn't be happier!! Be aware though - no airline will reimburse for weather related or ATC issues. This is NOT the app's fault so giving low ratings makes no sense to me. You get TCS only if it's due to late incoming flight or crew delays.
I'm seeing some low reviews here but literally my first cancelled flight I received a $100 voucher, this app is totally worth it, especially if you travel for a living. Work pays for your flights and this is basically free money, outside of the subscription. I just paid the unlimited service because it was so worth it over the long haul.
It never works out, the airlines always have an excuse for tardy departures. Don't waste your time, don't get your hopes up.
Don't even load forced crashed every time
I fly weekly for work and this app picks up literally NONE of my reservations. Even tried different email accounts and typing in my reservation information. Scam, dont use.
I have had this "service" since the app began. Before COVID I had over 40 flights a year. They have never recouped a single cent and they never will. Highway robbery. Must avoid.
