App not ready, but its getting there
We are a fairly large appliance business trying to go completely paperless. We've been dilegently trying to use the app with our techs and so far so good aside from 2 major flaws..in order for the techs to use the app to its fullest and provide the customer a digital receipt , or take a payment, IT CLOSES OUT THE TICKET! No way of editing it if it's wrong, and NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU PAID HIM OR NOT. Also, techs can change and edit amounts once ticket is closed out and admin can not.
