Easiest way to add photo/video to work orders - however! crashes when trying to add photo from camera, must add from gallery. Minor inconvenience.
This app is horrible. It constantly lags as in slow to login and check in into a work order
Can't input equipment manually through the scan QR as it prompts. After filling the information it ERRORS everytime. Behind frustrating. And you can't input dates by typing, so if you have a 10 year old piece of equipment, you have to scroll through every month and year. Not efficient
Horrible service,horrible in every aspect imaginable.I have been forced to use due to the client but would never recommend any business to use.Ive had several problems over the years and the support line is useless.
I use Service Channel 5 days a week and when I am on call on weekends I use it all week. Our facilities department has a work cell phone that needs to be manned 24/7 that is passed to each coordinator on a rotational basis. We got a new work cell phone and now we cannot access the SC mobile app. I am very dissapointed that we cannot use it any longer.

This app has helped to make my job as the Facility Maintenance Manager for an AMC Dine-In Theatre many times more efficient, streamlined, accurate and simply all around faster.
Technical support doesn't work. Having issues to log in thru my mobile and nobody from support has been able to help
No customer service. Horrible support and bad GUI. Steer clear of this.
App needs to be fixed. Descriptions often come out blank when sent in.
Can't upload attachments. Connection times out!

This app makes my job really difficult when I am missing work orders in my app. Really frustrating. Now still in 2022 I keep missing work orders amd it takes forever to open up. Please fix the bugs. It's making my job harder than it needs to be.
