App is complete garbage. Always giving errors, doesn't allow you to check in and when it does, it won't let you check out. Says you left the property when in fact you're still working on the property. When you call Service Channel number, you'll get a message that says, there has been an error within the app, good bye. Very frustrating, I hate using it.

The old mobile app let you see all of your work orders with just one log in. Now you have to search each and every one! We have to search emails to find the numbers now - what a waist of time - we manage 60 -70 work orders each month and our employees don't have access to our emails - who do you think they call?

As a subcontractor required by the third party to use this app to check in and out of jobs, the execs that made that call deserve an eternity of using it. No way to select multiple photo for attachments, no way to confirm that the attachments have been added to their files or sent out, no way of knowing if I have to select the emails to send out or if it's automatic done. Checkout process added about ten minutes that we probably can't bill for. Absolute time waster.

Hard as hell to use. Not a lot of support, and it makes it difficult because you have to have multiple accounts if you have multiple clients.

It's incredibly difficult to use. The times of whatever jobs show up after completion but there's no way to scroll over and see the actual date the job took place. And another thing, you all obviously forgot to take into consideration that some people can't fathom how difficult it is to use, when the other App was way simpler. Some people are not very phone savvy.

Buggy and frustrating to use. App lets you check in, then it says you are out of GPS range. Have to log out and back in after uploading media because it won't let you check out otherwise. Most of the time, there is some random error when checking out. Make sure you copy anything you typed so you can paste it back in after another log out and log in. Going in and out of Airplane mode sometimes helps with the GPS errors, btw. One version about 6 months ago actually worked. Go figure.

This app is horrific! Please bring back the old one. This new app makes checking in and out for contractors extremely complex and ineffecient costing everyone time and money. App technical support is message based only and useless. Checking in now takes multiple entries and searches, and there is no way to delete completed work orders so you have to sort through dozens of work orders to find the one you are looking for.

Just installed yesterday, couldn't sign into a job, because it thought I was in Africa, and I was outside the job bubble or whatever. Then 7 times throughout the middle of the night, the app somehow made it around my do not disturb settings to wake me up and let me know that I arrived at the job, and would I like to check in. I'm livid. If I wasn't required to have this app for work, I'd have nothing to do with it. I'll probably Uninstall it at the end of every day, and reinstall in the morning

Garbage. Just like the phone operators. Can't look up IVR in/out history, which poses a problem when work orders are immediately closed. Calling does no good, wait times are abysmal, and queue bounces me around as if the automated system is just making excuses, or people keep putting me on hold. The whole system is useless if there's nobody to answer and I get bound up for literally DAYS playing phone roulette

Not compatible with many phones. Rarely ever works, sometimes blank, sometimes vaguely states "something went wrong." Support (offshore) from the company Service Channel is useless, they are so confused and never resolve anything. I can't comprehend why they can't make a better app, or online software for that matter.

did not work correctly. at end said I wasn't checked in when I was , and the timer was clicking. said error when I thought it would be about the time for them to sign, finally said completed pending confirmation but don't know why, I backed up several times looking for something I had missed but found nothing . store manager never signed a thing like last app in use.

Tells me security issues other invalid issues when trying to punch in or out or says I am out of range wich I am most deffinatly not. This app is very poor and has alot of issues the old version was much more effective and useful. please go back to the old version or fix this one. It forced me to punch in late today due to all kinds of different errors! THIS IS NOT OK OR ACCEPTABLE! Still saying out of range while in store! Old app needs to be returned til new app is resolved. Have an over 2 month work order into developer to resolve an issue that has not been resolved. All old completed work orders left on app and has to many errors that is giving my office more work to do checking me in and out of jobs. As previous reviews state app is still non operational and ever since pandemic phone number is not working to people able to check in and out as well so they can dispute bills. There is no accountability by them.
