This app does not work with latest sdp version. I have checked on 4 android smartphones but This error appeared: Login Failed: Login failed because of incompatible mobile app. Upgrade your mobile app and try again.
I managed to login to service desk plus saas But i tried the same in this same app because I want to configure multiple accounts but it gives me a error failed login
When we can expect the release of supported version with 10.6
Not able to raise / review / approve the change requests... Big drawback for an app built for MSPs...! Any plan to add change management in future app updates...?
Was excellent, but since upgrading to latest On Prem Server I just get login failed
logged into our UAT server (MSP). Now i need to change server to production. UAT server is offline, hence the app wont let you clear credentials or remove or change server. rewrite the app to clear or reset or logout credentials and server info, even if the server or network is unavailable.
Not able to get any notifications (assign ticket)... Application is not user friendly..!!

It does the job but it is still missing some functionality. Your can't customize the notification sounds and it doesn't notify for unassigned requests.
App is good.. User interface can be made better
After update i cannot view more than 50 tickets... clicking show more only refreshes the current view of 50. Cannot multi-select tickets/cases. Cannot merge them together and cannot assign easily to another team member. Useless app at the moment... Missing a contextual context menu when long pressing on item - this will allow actions to be taken a lot faster
Just requests, no problems or changes, which means only some of my workload is visible in the app, so of limited use to me. Responsive and easy enough to use.
Worst App.... I hate it.... After updates even drop down menu is not working..... No task bar options... Better remove this app from play store
Worst app. Never receive notification when a new ticket is created. Need to find an alternative

Not as feature rich as I would have hoped, but it sure beats having to remote in to my PC from my phone.
Once you login as Demo you can't logout
app good for technicians but from an admin point it's not really useful
I coud not change config. from defaults and also there is no way to manage tasks
Need ability to reply all on cases, and access saved emails, maybe even autocomplete from contacts.
However we get duplicate emails when we try and reply to case via app.
The app that shows me about a tenth of what I need as compared to the actual website. No client data.
Comes in very handy for checking & updating support calls while you are mobile
I can see the tickets themselves but description, comments, notes don't show up. So the app is essentially useless..
No engineer schedule, no task view which defeats its purpose, no asset management, no option to create or manage predefined built-in views... Concept is great but it needs work to be useful for technicians on the road...
Would like to view tasks as well. Then I will give it 5 stars
After a year of working without issues it stopped functioning on Sony Xperia Z Premium. Cannot login and app does not show any error - login window just refreshes and clears password field. Now it is completely useless app. App is updated to latest version.
