Been using this program for over 10 years to run my business and I highly recommend this program.
Great concept, but uploading images causes it to freeze/crash/get stuck and have to shut down, re sign in, upload 1 photo, all for it to do the same thing over again. If you fix the bugs and make the upload process better, it would be a great tool.
Very unreliable since the update. Often takes a long time to load or crashes instead of loading, crashes often upon opening or switching to maps. I wish there was an option to download the previous version.
It would be great if it worked properly. Most of the time it doesn't show my jobs even after I refresh and restart the app and it logs me out all the time. It just feels very janky
Uploading pictures cause it to freeze/lag almost everytime. annoyingly have to shut it down over and restart to try uploading again rinse and repeat serial times till they finally upload. Need it for work otherwise I'd stop using this app

App is easier to use than website once you get familiar, but website is more stable. My techs report that app randomly closes often. Not a fun experience for them when it happens in front of customers and makes my business potentially look bad. Get the app stabilized and I'd give it 5 stars for those already using SM.
App logs you out everything, and doesn't save passwords. Non conducive to busy work environment, which it claims to be.
It works perfectly for the company I work for and I love the layout. It has a quite easy interface for user to use
The best user interface of any service-industry centered CRM. Eliminates the learning curve and saves me time. Hugely important for an owner operator like myself.
It would be great if it had offline capabilities. When we have no internet, we cant put any information in.
Very smart at the job but you have to be careful with them sometimes not so honest on some things . but when you catch them.they are good about finding the truth out fixing it

I love this app. Genious!
Been trying to put the app back on my phone and it just keeps buffering. It logs me out in the middle of use. It also just keeps buffering while trying to close with customer. Doesn't work until I uninstall and reinstall app.
