Its okay but it's not great, it's enough to know what incidents, change etc are being assigned assuming you have a large database and you have created the relevant shortcuts but one of my major annoyance is that I'm unable to review my change plan and see the steps, backout plan etc, you can't even search for incident or change via reference. I'm not looking to edit through my phone but it would to atleast have read only access
This mobile app is an exercise of frustration. If your tickets are somehow rendered first in the default shortcuts then it is useful, otherwise use the browser. This app cannot save search filters. The redeening factor of that downside is that those filters dont work well so maybe they are not worth saving. An example is that applying a simple filter bases on your groups (OR condition) and (state is not resolved, closed, cancelled, closed) says it matches 2 results but shows all anyway.
Pretty poor app quite honestly. Using only for an additional notification of critical tickets. Regular issues with no ability to assign a ticket, sometimes the option to displays, most of the time it doesn't. UI isn't very great either. Doubt I'll use this much longer
Great if you know how to develop for it! Not sure why the rating isn't higher, but this app is great. Being able to go through instances quickly is fantastic. We built out our portal to utilize mobile browsers and it uses them perfectly. Also, push notifications from the app keeps me up to date on assignments and status.
Basic function of copy to be able to paste is not available, making the entire app less useful. As an IT service provider, I need to be able to interact with the ticketing system on a mobile device just as if I were sitting at a PC. Viewing a ticket is not enough.
Prior to the classic version the system was great. Since they change to Classic the system is horrible. unable to save favorites make changes. not a very useful tool any longer. attention service now bring back the other app. ASAP!
It does what it suppose to do, I'm a Support Engineer and when I'm on the field I want to keep an eye on upcoming tickets as well any updates on the current ones I have. All of my filters work as intended and I can resolve/update any issues just like the desktop version of service now.
It can be used, but the user interface is absolutely horrible. Overview of tickets is messy, reading comments is a mess as well. Half the navigation is pure "guess and click".
when there is a platform, like servicenow, that could *significantly* enhanced their platform with a useful app and instead they release something like this you have to ask yourself who at servicenow cares so little about user experience and platform expansion that they would approve this absolute garbage? An app should add to a platform. Not take away from it
Could be a lot better, would be very helpful to read full descriptions when viewing tickets on the mobile app. Missing a lot of key things. This app could easily be a 5/5. Just needing to include more.
Abysmal experience. For example, too many taps required to accomplish a simple task like taking ownership of an incident and placing it in progress.
Very Bad App. Unable to access properly. Unfriendly, sink up issue with outlook, specially mentionable is we have to login this app, several time. Unsatisfy..!!
Its bad.. 90% of the time it cannot load content and throws message that no record found...and betrays you when you need most.
Oh C'mon! Update this app. The newer the OS, the more issues this app gives. Gonna be almost 2 years without any updates. Or shut down your company so that my company can move on to other apps.
Unable to even log in. Constant, Unable to connect to the server. 4.5bn revenue, 118m income, can't be bothered to spend money on the tools.
This app is extremely useful for me. It allows to assist users on the fly without having to break out my laptop every 5 minutes.
Still issues with links. Links to info or given through email do not work. My service request was ignored. I am waiting to go back to work n it's taking so much longer because of this app.
I couldn't get all options to access new request and incidence , wished I could add a screenshot to show what I mean, I'm having less features on Android 10, kindly make all options accessible
it was working before fine.but after my phone factory reset, when I tried to login for the first time,it always says "error login" even though my username and password is correct and i can login from my laptop with the same credentials. can anyone help me out
Terrible app for a company who provides ITSM platform. App randomly crashes/doesn't respond even when it's not actively in use. Runs and crashes in background.
Fairly useless. Only lets me see things for one small department/individual. I want to search out a ticket that is not assigned to me but affects me but it won't allow it. Not quite there yet. Keep trying.
Entering a request from my phone, hit the back button too many times, and lost the request. Why doesnt the app prompt you if you're going to lose updates?
Could be faster and the search button needs to be on the home page or preferably pinned on all screens.
It's OK, but seems to be buggy when open tickets. I try and open but windows closes and back to the apps home screen.
It's okay but recently I am unable to open a conversation on the mobile phone, which is very important as backup. If you could help me out, I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app many times but to no avail.
I want to enable mobile notifications for Incidents raised, but in the notifications menu i can't seem to scroll beneath H series,it's really frustrating...Fix it
This app is useful in some way but it is very very much useful if i have the option to assign the ticket to a technician. If possible, please add the Assignment Group and Assigned To
I am obligated to use this app at work. I have used the Android version and the iOS version, and both are very clunky and slow. It doesn't matter if I'm on Wi-Fi or cellular, half the time it simply won't load everything unless I refresh it often enough. I use this app to scan QR codes, and again on both ios and android it can be a frustrating process. Some days it scans immediately, other days the camera will focus on the QR code and just sit there, until I back out and try again. Not optimized
