Here we can integrate this "ServiceNow Queue" android app with any instance with your username and password, where you can assign incident to particular group members.Steps to integrate.1.User Name:Give User Name2.Password:Give Password3.Instance Name:Give instance name (temp if your instance url is "temp.service-now.com")4.Assignment To Group Members:Give Users group name (Developer, Tester)5.Please Save the settings first (Click on Save)6.Select the table from screen6.Now you can assign the active and un-assigned records to group members by clicking Update button.
Note:Here we can integrate all tables which has following fields(like incident,problem and change)1.Number2.State3.Priority4.Short description

Requirement:As this app is using rest web service to update the record so the given user should have admin access or should have role to read/write for the given table and role "Rest"

Nice Approach to assign incidents from android app . App is fetching all incidents which has empty assinged_to value. Can you please modify like it should fetch only active incidents which has empty assinged_to value.
