ServicePlus provides a host of benefits to citizens. It provides a single unified portal to the citizen for accessing any service, track submitted applications, subscribe to alerts etc.
ServicePlus (https://serviceonline.gov.in) has been recognized by several Government Departments across.7 the States. It is being used by 24 States and 5 Central Line Departments delivering more than 750 services. The services provided by the States are mainly Regulatory and Statutory in nature. While the states of Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh are using ServicePlus under e-Panchayat MMP; Bihar, Jharkhand, Tripura, Meghalaya and Sikkim are using it under e-District MMP. Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Odisha, Kerala, Assam etc are using this framework for services beyond those identified under e-District. ServicePlus is implemented in Haryana under the brand name SARAL whereas in Karnataka it is called SevaSindhu 2.0.
ServicePlus provides a variety of modes to applicants for submission of applications. Applications can be submitted online, through kiosk or in a Government office. This is decided based on the nature of service, availability of kiosk infrastructure etc.. The nature of services varies from Statutory to regulatory to Utility Services.
The services use some and/or combination of the following features provided by the framework:
• Submission of applications through online, kiosk or Government offices

• Aadhaar based demographic authentication
• eSign in application form and/or annexures as well as output certificates
• Payment through different Payment Gateways (like PayGov, SBI ePay, PayU), CSC eWallet, eTreasury implementations of various states

Completely useless app, Once I have completed filling everything and try to send it! It'll show another option such as I'D proof and all that but I can't fill it countless times I've tried , I have tried over 50 times it just turns into black screen lacks that's all
Most of the time show error, not usable as of now. Every single time I open the App shows me error and nothing else. Error : Failed. Data not received, Either server is down or request time out.🤬🤬 I've 10 Mbps mobile 4G/100Mbps Jio Fiber connection, but whichever connection I choose the results are the same.
Nearly half a dozen times typed the data for epass under outside AP. Everytime remark is timeout. It should not force us to retype the data. Also, the drop down boxes if Districts is not getting activated. It should either drop-down or permit to enter few charactors and suggest for pickup. Hope, it will be modified by your team.
ServicePathetic . Did not receive ServicePlus instance verfication email, cannot register again, no option to resend verification email. SMS otp not sent on bihar instance. Toast is generated automatically that "otp has been sent" without confirmation from the system whether the email was sent or not. There is no option to raise complaints and track it status. Filed RTI (NICHQ/R/E/20/00497) to NIC but they asked to contact on serviveplus portal.
You can not register yourself, it needs Digi Locker account and you will see buffering icon with Digi Locker registeration screen in the background. That's it that's the end. Wrote an email to the developer let's see what solution they will come up with.
Worst app, tried to login but gets stuck and if you cannot develop the app correct please don't advertise it in website ,even there it is troubling, in website whenever tired to click any options there app advertisement will apper not allow to proceed asking to download the app. If you cannot correct the app remive it , do nit waste our time.
After installation of this my phone start hanging. While using through this my got switch off. This is totally disrupting. This needs to fix properly. So many bugs are there,many functions are not working.
This app is buggy. Get stuck at digilocker screen which is the first step of registration to seva sindhu, so basically I can't register myself. Scanner throws runtime exception. Anyway, it is proves that it is definitely a govt. app 😁
Worst app and Worst Website, most of the time it remains out of server. Applications get rejected without any reason so that people go to the office and bribe them to accept the application. And also it does not show the status of all application even if the site is working, like- NCLCO, BOBCO etc.
Not working, half cooked product. Trying to login for J&K services... everytime I login it says "Data Not Received". Pls, have a look at it & rectify the issue.
You actually cannot register on this app... It is connected to a goverment site.... I don't understand y is this needed when you have adhaar card or any other registration documents to prove. This is just waste of time. I don't know why am I even rating this service what is the actual use of it. Why is goverment pushing us to use this service. If being pushed why is it not smooth enough to be taken care of.
When we fil an application save as draft and submit it the site says (you are requested to enclose the requisite documents given on next page before final application submission ) but it doesnot desplay next the previous page again get displayed So Please update this app or delete from play store. This problem came in jammu and Kashmir.
I just want to ask "Why", means akhir kun, why you launch something at playstore, or even think to develop an app if you don't have android developers. The app is not even able to scanQR, leave that, even the first page(and probably the primary task) is not working. It is not even to fetch the instance. Such a rubbish app.
Very bad experience. Have the same review as the others. While registering it ask to enter password even if it is filled. Also OTP doesn't get delivered.
This is with reference to the registration process on Saral Haryana portal for citizen. The email verification otp arrived after 15 minutes (with expired validity and no verification link) and now I am unable to proceed further in my account. Whenever I log in from my Email ID and password I get the message that email needs to be verified. I have tried resetting the password but it didn't help. How am I suppose to login now with no option for email verification?
This is very time wasting app. Government apps is always like this. Whenever I'm opening this app error is shown "Data is not received, either server is down or request timed out." I requesting to developer to improve the app for better use. Or can delete this app from play Store.
It is not so good because it has very low graphics and work very slowly. Because of this I am uninstalling it. Please make it work fast.
Very bad software. Unable to track the application status, and adhar card no accepts only 4 digits. Worst experience. Dindy show Epass option for AP. Loading is slow
Bloody worst app. It got stuck in registration. Very poor service. This has been happening from past 2 months and not yet resolved the problem.
App is good but some improvement is required. OTP not sent on phone no.( From Firefox we can get OTP) . also from there we can't download the certificates. It is good only for application of forms.
While registering on the app, I mispelled my name. The app has no provision to edit or correct it. Now I'm registered with a wrong spelling of my name and I see no way to get it corrected. How a developer miss on adding this feature? Pathetic
Useless app, even you cannot sign up. i made my login in website but still I cannot login in app. I don't understand who the hell is engaging these kinds of developers to create Android app like this. When they don't have any idea what they are creating and what it is used for 🤣🤣🤣.
To anyone having registration problem, try registering on the website first. Also there's a glitch where automatic filled username doesn't work. So write it yourself than using auto suggest. Hope it helps and they improve the application.
Everytime I try to register myself it asks for pasword even when I give in password. Such a useless app I tried registering myself for multiple times. I don't know why do these guys make app if they don't have the knowledge.
Worst aap ever seen , nic most consider its problems Didn't loging in it show only data not received Some times its takes 30 min and more to. Log in while its only 2 min of work Most of the time it didn't show any of its service If nic consider this type of comments and take a action on it then it will be relaxing to the user
This app is not user friendly and I have tried to create account but they are unable to send me the OTP I have tried many times but it doesn't work... such a useless and a horrible app...
Worst application I have ever seen , when I want to apply for any service this app is getting hang and the document like photo upload option is not working and the app is getting closed automatically and my phone is hanged.
Download facility is not available. Also application status is always initiated even after delivered. You can only fill application.
I don't understand, this app is not working. Even after entering correct otp's it doesn't allow to register. And afterwards app isn't going ahead with registration page.
I wanted to register for seva sindhu service but i am not able to since it's stuck connecting with digilocker. Very bad service, it only show that loading circle animation and doesn't. I waited for 20 mins still at the same page. I have a flight on 31 but with such issue thing will not go smoothly.
