One of the worst applications I have ever used. If you run field services and are considering this app, please look elsewhere. About 40 hours of In house dev should be enough to create a better app.

Fantastic application! Couldn't be happier with the results. It has destroyed my competition's (EMC) capabilities to service their customers in a timely and professional manner. Those customers are beyond furious with EMC's declining professionalism, something that used to be the hallmark of EMC. Keep up the good work PTC. I really need a summer home in Hawaii this year J. Blank menus makes it impossible to log timestamps on your task.
I thought I was the only experiencing this. What a terrible idea to update.
This is a critical app required for me to do work and it's unresponsive.
Latest version is still losing data. It keeps losing my tasks and have to reinstall to get them back. The new version is losing data as well. The latest bad feature is to log out at random times and lose the task being worked. Very poor programming done on this app!
It doesn't work if you try to log in your time or do anything to it there is no drop down menus the all blank worst thing ever.
Absolute rubbish, it has increased travel time, reduced productivity and increased business costs.

Yeah well... I am terrified every morning, task disapear, tg3 contentent of the tasks disapears, the constant search for workararounds... it makes my awesome job a nightmare! And to top it all, the support they provide consists of a group telling you to restart the app or even reinstal... I dont know about you, but the point of this app was suposed to make your job easier... and it does exactly the oposite.
We installed this app for our company. Believe me, its really a powerful app for service management. Their support is of high class and no one will ever regret buying their services.
After 3 months of use on GS5, I have not needed to reinstall as others mentioned. App memory and CPU usage is relatively low. Does not kill my battery like Blackberry. Latest 10.7.2 update allows app to remember user ID.
This is a failure of an app. As a resource who actually USES this app on a daily basis, I have had to reinstall it every day when my tasks vanish.. the latest November update didn't fix anything. If I leave a task open for more than a few hours, the entire route vanishes and creates an administrative nightmare. This happens EVERY DAY. The ONLY way to bring back my route is to reinstall. It is nothing but a headache.

Version 11... where to begin. Imagine you finally get things working reasonably correct. Then if you completely break functionality, make simple tasks take twice as long and integration with the system no longer works period. Thanks ptc, thanks for giving us a steaming useless turd for an app. If I could give it less then 1 star I would.
