ServisHero: On demand services

ServisHero's service is terrible, the engineer they assigned is also incompetent. sigh.. really regretted using their service. They are only responsive when they want to charge you money or interest. Everyone, please look for other service provider.

What happened to the service hero support? I called multiple times, no answer. I contacted via WhatsApp also no reply. I need confirmation on my refund for cancelled job.

Service Hero is superb and excellent. Another digital apps service which can be competitive as grab. Keep it up

Already make a payment, but no information about the booking no or anything. Trying to contact support, no response. Really bad service

Complaint to the CS (HQ), the installer brought up 6 guys; they installed my 2.0hp aircond, and it seems the aircond is working fine. But, upon checking their finishing works, it's worse; they didn't even change to a new copper and didn't replace the insulation pipe at all! The installer also broke my roof until it was leaking inside the room when it's raining. The installer also broke my mainhole ceiling when they did the wiring. The installer also throws the remaining insulation inside gutter

What happened to the app UX? It was way better a few months ago when I used it. The new UI seems clunky and isn't even responsive to my device. (Some text gets lost in white backgrounds) and the colours are not easy on the eyes. 😟

App works fine. It's the unreliable businesses that picked up the jobs that I had issues with. For 1 cleaning service job, it got changed 3 times and still did not show up or call to cancel.

Unable to submit any request. It keeps indicating to sign in. Try to save my profile, where the apps freezes and keep going into a loop. Restart and its the same. Reinstall and its the same. What a shame.

I've used this app for a few years and I must say each update to the interface makes it more complicated to use. The questions u ask when requesting for a service sometimes is so technical and not user friendly.

Already make appoitment for normal cleaning. Once everything confirmed. The Hero request me to cancel appointment. The reason is he cannot do the normal cleaning service for my unit. Previous tenant move out, i m just need normal cleaning for the house. Will not use this service anymore although the admin is friendly to help me arrange appointment with hero.

I have made next day booking for one-off cleaning service, however no one actually claimed the job. The ServisHero personnel explained that weekends are usually fully booked, originally the earliest available job was on Tuesday (3 days after my preferred date), however she assisted me and managed to obtain cleaning service on the same day, albeit in the evening. I really appreciated her help as she closely follow up on my booking, thumbs up for the excellent customer service! Highly recommended

Why can't I log in using my Google account? Edit: So how do I log out so I can log in using my Google account? Edit: Nope, still can't log in with my Google account? I even uninstalled the app, cleared the cache, deleted the data and reinstalled it. The only 2 choices for Sign up are, "Sign Up with Facebook" and "Sign Up with Email". Thanks anyway.

I am quite satisfied with overall services and many of my problems were resolved professionally.

Very poor service. First, requested for quotation but no respond until I personally contacted the service after 3 months!! They followed up with a few messages and no respond again although I kept asking. No respond whether they can or cannot do.

I didn't try it bcs it's not in my region. Hoping to be available in many more regions so that everyone can have the same service that the app could give. It's only available at Klang/KL, Penang and Johor.

Never use this platform. I made an appointment at 10am, the hero changed the time to 9am without checking with me. Ended up I still managed to change the slot to 11am, and here I am waiting until 2pm and no sign of them. Best part is MIA in between, no reply on WhatsApp, not picking up phones and alot of excuses. And when I wanted to cancel the appointment, told me they are coming up to my apartment, but still no sign of them for half an hour and not replying me anymore again. Speechless.

Very bad, HERO accepted job but never turn up, call HERO no answers no courtesy call, house owner have been waiting since morning but no any updates..left clueless.. i want to claim refund

The app just wont log me in. Keep saying that my password is wrong. Whatsapp them for technical assistance, and they dont bother to reply. So for those who are thinking of using this app, forget about it. Look for other alternatives.

Used service hero before. Tried using it again, forgot my account details. Tried resetting password via email in the app. App can't even reset the password, and restarts itself.

I cannot reset password. Once u enter email address and press submit.. Nothing happens.. I don't receive the rest password email. I would rate u guys 4, as I managed to get a lorry... But now I can't log in.

I subscribed and hired ServisHero cleaning services for my condo for a thorough spring cleaning after my tenant moved out because I needed a one stop shop services. I had been communicating with the ServiceHero representatives to organise the scheduling and sequence of services. All my queries were attended on timely manner and detailed. Their vendors also rendered their services punctually and to my satisfaction without any hassle. I am happy to subscribe to their services again in future.

Within the process of making a request or locationing house area, it keeps crashing. I was not able to use it this time and last time few months ago cause of same reason

Cant upload any request. Reached the last page, clicked "continue" and it asked me to sign in first. Come on, I'm already signed in!

Hi, could you please fix the problem with not being able to add in the address because the page always refreshes back to home page before I can finished placing my request. Thank you.

Worst app ever! 😡👎👎👎👎👎 My first experience with your app was unpleasant, the contractor you sent was unprofessional, and second time request has not monitored and update. Very disappointed! 🤦‍♂️

Terrible experience with customer service with poor knowledge on the app and solutions. Took long time chats to resolve a simple problem.

Great app. Easy to use and fairly quickly to get what I want. The UI is very user friendly.
