terrible!!! Doesnt work. I waited 4 hours for a plumber, no one showed, I called and they said that unfortunately no one is available. would have been nice if they would have called. I guess we are not ready for this kind of app. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
Horrible customer service. 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau. I would not use this service again. Try Thumbtack instead.

Waited until they had less than 5 minutes left to show up in the window to call and say they didn't have anyone to send. Refused to make it right.
Took seconds to book plumber. Pro showed up on time, explained what was wrong with my drain and got to work. Everything was fixed in 2 hours. Will use again. Prices are good as well.

I heard about this app through local radio ad. My garage door spring broke, needed it fixed quickly so thought I would try it. Ordered my repair through the app on a Saturday during Memorial Day weekend. Two hours after order, had repair tech at my home fixing the problem. Tech was very friendly and did a great job. I wouldn't call the pricing inexpensive, but the work was professionally done and done quickly, even on short notice and on a holiday weekend. I would definitely use this service again
Booked an appointment two days in advance and got canceled last minute. The lady called me said there is no one available to make it.
Had a plumber coming to install toilet and carpet cleaner. Very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend this company. Notification from begin to end, very easy to use.

Great app! Booked my handyman yesterday morning and he was at my house same afternoon. Completed bunch of small tasks to get our home ready for holidays within 2 hours to my satisfaction. Best part is the price. It's lower than all other companies I've called so far, plus I can see handyman driving to my house just like uber does. Hope my wife will never find out I hired someone else to do my chores ;)

POS, doesn't even work. Keeps saying stops responding when I try to login. Hopefully this is not a sign of their overall services and hopefully the person shows up for my appointment Saturday morning since I'm seeing a lot of post about their service people not showing up to give estimates.
