What was supposed to be a 2-3 day job has taken 8 days and it's still not done. The person they sent is absolutely irresponsible and not punctual at all. I keep getting emails to rate Serviz Pro, but they don't give a chance to do it, so I had to download the app, which I don't want because I'll never use this company again, just so I can write this review.
It's okay app. Could be better but do what you can so it can help your business thrive . But some issues I've seen are not being able to reschedule tickets on your own without calling in. Also would be nice once we have ticket accepted to see it mapped out so we can schedule accordingly.
Hello- So far my experience with service pro, starts like this, 1st. Spoke to Nicholas regarding just receiving push notifications and not receiving emsils and text messages for the same lead, instead he deactivated me. 2nd spoke to Blanca attitude and kept cutting me off, I was asking to speak to a supervisor because Nicholas wasn't any help, instead made it worse. Well they are getting over on me. I know i should get paid more money with my skills. So i work for 4 different app. The only thing thats good is the pay that goings in my account every other day, I like that, the worst thing is you dont get no more if you go to the customer house and they cancel,other company give you 15.00 dollars on a late cancel from the customers.
My account never got paid for first three jobs. The money got lost had to create new account . Plus you'll get a 1099.
Good app but not too fair for the service pro. For user is ok. For service pro as sub contractor you got taken 40% of the service fee which is non encouraging to do more jobs. But if you dont have enough jobs to keep busy you may have to endure the big cut pain.
Servz pro gives me really good clients. Their Reps are very courteous also.No problems, with any work I've scheduled with their jobs for over 2 years. Only 1 issue I have is for a 2 hr job they charge 152.00 and I only get paid 64.00 of that.and some jobs are 45-60 minute drives.( 1 way). Kinda not cool, really.
Couldnt bill a credit card today... Kinda sucked in front of a client looking like I didnt know how to collect payment from them... Other than that so far everything has been good.
Functions well. Organization and paths are hard to navigate.
The app works well for basic functions, but does not allow for adjustments, or changes.
Be careful be cautious with this company before you get into the system They favor some techs over another no matter how hard you make customer happy. They always set you up or jeopardize your ratings with the useless so called survey to the customer by making you look bad for the unhappy customer to take it on you instead of them. At the end of the day it is so hard to fight back the negative review that reflected on you so at gives you too many run and round.

Ive had the opportunity to work with several platforms, ServizPro the absolute best. All of my clients are totally satisfied and content with the outcome of their projects. The estimate building tool allows you to manifest all fees and charges clearly to the users.
It's great for small businesses that want to get recognition but don't have the capital for expensive advertising.
Clunky slow and Glitches often. Many of the skus are messed up.
Only option it gives is to login. Cant login though because i havnt signed up. Where do you sign up
Started them up with a Factory Train Teck. Now no Factory train teck. And Review prove it. Quality Appliance has a Great Review. Which you had? But now run Quality. Sorry for your Lost.

Soul, Abby then Yoali! Dumb, Dumber & Dumbest! Poor Rich 4 allowing them to run his company! Don't Bother lowest on the spectrum when it comes to lead finders. Try Thumbtack, Thryv, Handy, Takl, Houzz, or the new Angi leads & spare your phone space!!!!!

38 years experience as a contractor and they want to pay $10 an hour after my expenses? Not a chance.

They don't like people that speak up to the injustices and abuse of power. On top that they keep 70% if the transaction, don't help with gas, they want you to buy the materials to use at any given job claiming they refund your money,(you spend $30 with reciept, you get 23$/25$, I had all my clients given me 5 stars except for one that I refuse a job offer from him gave me 3 and gave me the stupidest excuse of why they killed my app. (Out of 9 only 1 rate me 3 stars) excellent comments..
Serviz pro sucks quite honestly , they pay so cheap for the pro and take a big cut , so it makes the pro not take on any jobs , they will pay you $110 for a ceiling fan install 20ft or higher lmao, that's just barely the price to take out that size of ladder , Ridiculous, and there charging the customer I bet $600 . Serviz pro should not be for no trade skilled licensed pro , only handyman and cleaning people , Serviz pro sucks...
if you honor your work and reputation stay away from this company they don't care about the technicians at all They use you to further their reputation when it comes down to it they will throw you under the bus . huge disappointment almost 40 jobs completed and almost a 5-star rating. was told to pay for repairs for damages to a slumlord rental property I never damaged. this company will not last long if they continue with their dishonesty and Shady tactics! this company doesn't deserve me!
Deplorably disrespectful & incompitent customer service & dispatch (Nicolous and Blanca to be specific). No hierarchy or corporate. No managerial support. Extreme payment delays. 1 customer specifically Kimberly Conte (20424 meadowl pond pl, montgomery village) randomly refused 2 pay after being shown price & over $400 of service was performed!! Use discernment..

What a piece of Sh***t. I just finished downloading the app. Open it to create an account, but instead, it wants me to login eventhough I have not created my account yet. I could not get past the login page to create an account. So frustrating when apps don't work properly. I will be uninstalling this app and find a better app to work with.
