Servizing provides Societies with custom solutions, for example, we helped one of our clients to automate the process of bill generation for Prepaid Meters. From the meter reading, data is processed and PDF bill is generated with invoice and sent to the Residents.

Surprisingly my subscription was suspended and it is not working now. What a shameless it is. Neither society maintenance team is aware nor to me.
Supperab app all function is working fine. Please update UI for better admin support.
Doesn't logun easily...when connected to wifi..it won't allow to login ... sometimes even in mobile data also it won't allow to login Yes it's still giving same problem
Third rate app. The maintenance bills that have been paid keep on showing up from months ago. The app and the vendors who use it are clearly ill-equipped to deal with client/user issues. Folks in India don't even give replies by email or phone, so when you're stuck with third rate app, you're doomed. "Digital India," my a**!

From basic security features to advanced ones like service management, maid/helper discovery, automated entry and parking management, SerVizing App offers a host of configurable features. My society Ireo Uptown has been using it since several months and people are extremely satisfied. It was a good riddance from society connect.
Biggest flaw in the App that it has no provision to view or delete Vehicle and Maid. it think that once you have then you are not selling out. this is one of major security concern. Just saw response which is unrealistic . Why can't resident does modification till the time tag not issued / approved by RWA. So where is security concern when it is not approved or verify RWA. There is missing visionary thought. Last there is no provision to see what cars are configured on the app by me.
Servizing app was deployed in our society Palm Grove Heights, Gurugram, approx 3 months ago. The feedback from residents has been awesome so far. The best part is that it is highly customizable and can be tailored to specific needs. We have automated several operational functions e.g visitor management, maid management, Vendor management, Tenancy lease management, Bill generation etc via this app. Thank you team Servizing.
Changing rating to zero due to one hassle after the other. There is always poor communication between app and vendors and security gate. Now getting the maintenance bills that have already been paid. India is not a country ready for digitizing when it cannot handle basic communication. Aug 25: Developer response is typical jingoism. Jerks are offended for being called out on their unprofessional & mediocre app rather than fixing the issues. Yes, digital India my a**!
Amaging experience, very seemless easy tp navigate. the best part it, Never hangs....and work simply great for me ...
All functions are not available. We should be able to pay Maint Bill, Power Back up bill online and get the receipt. Maintenance staff is not responding on time when complaints are made on the app. May be staff is not trained or limited access of servicing app to maint staff.

Most of the given options are either not working or no response from authorised personal.
It's a user interface, how an app performs should be our concern not blaming the vendors and the premises where it's has been incorporated, so far the app is concerned it works well and it has covered every possible aspect that a gated society needs! As far as the utilizatiion not being upto the mark the concern should be raised to the society management!
I was Not able to change my society name as by mistake I chose Uppal SS Elite but after reporting this matter, I received immediate response from servizing and it was explained well by the executive. Now I am at correct society name that is Uppal Southend and enjoying all features of the App. Thank you टीम. You are doing great job.
