The app has 3 modes: test mode, study mode, and flashcard mode. In test mode, the test will be timed and graded. You will be able to see what areas you are weak on and explanations for the test questions. In study mode, the exam will not be timed and you will see the answer and explanation right after answering a question. In flashcard mode, you will be able to go through flashcards as well as grade yourself.
The free version of the app contains a subset of practice questions and flashcards. The premium version gives you access to all questions and flashcards.

The app has incorrect answers to some of the questions. I'm not sure if it's a different version of servsafe or something, but it gave an explanation that was incorrect for questions. For example, it asked how long you must keep the tag attached to a box of seafood... the official servsafe course says you must keep the tag on until the box is empty, and then keep it in record for 90 days after. The app marked this wrong and said you must keep it attached to the box for 90 days??? That's not righ
There are 27 questions that never change, don't get shuffled, aren't updated or refreshed, and the answers to those questions don't get shuffled either. The flash cards need work. Write out the info in the form of a question or scenario. One card had the word restricted on the front, automatically you think a definition is wanted, but on the flip side the answer is, an employee calls out because of " " illness. Started the app Nothing happen, except advertising and two options for exam test or flash card there options are dead link.
its the same 20 questions over and over.
It helped me alot i pasted with 100/00
I think it is very helpful. Yes, the questions do repeat but it is typically the one I got wrong so it help me learn. I think there about 100 or more questions. I have not taken test yet. Will come back and say how I did based on these practice app tests.
