This app is not mobile friendly in the slightest. By far one of the worst apps I've had to use. Constantly crashing upwards of 8 times a day. Not loading tickets. Constantly lagging or freezing. Clocking people back in moments after they clock out for the day. An absolutely terrible app.

It is a good app, very convenient. I give it 3 stars because my experience on the app varies, depending on which phone I am using. I have a Galaxy S8+ I use 90% of the time, but I can not use my keyboard in the app, I have to copy and paste anything I want to type, but my old J3 Orbit does allow use of keyboard. (I am a Pest control technician) Recommendation to the app designer(s): -Add the ability to search for chemical names, instead of having to scroll through them all.

It's a good app for managing my route. But I've noticed that with the new android system updates, every time I send an email to the customer when I'm done, the app closes. Also, I'd like to be able to have my recently used products in a section so I don't have to go searching for them. Once those are changed, then this will be a 5+ star app.

It does what it says, just not quite as well as pen and paper. Had issues where I try to back space a typo and it deletes an entire sentence somewhere else. Started doing talk to text but it is just as risky with typos and back spacing. Call cust. Service and they tell a mix of start and stop - install and uninstall. If you did all that before calling them, they tell you that's what caused the problem. It schedules appointments... Sometimes. Needs a lot of work dude. Twenty eight characters left

Glitching horribly for the last month. More often than not, I have to manually close all of my technicians services from my own phone or computer because their apps crashed or wouldnt sync. Very frustrating and wastes HOURS of my day. Time is money and yall owe me money.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. About every 2 weeks I get an error in the code. On the load product- all- it does nothing. And I have to uninstall. Another common error that's cured the same way is the keyboard won't pop up on the comment to customer.

I've been forced to use this garbage app everyday at work. I hate it. It never works properly. Constantly have to manually sync 50 files a day and it takes forever. Not user friendly. Completely trash. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Have to delete and reinstall daily, never syncs work orders, always have to re enter work orders 2-3 times. Drains battery while in use. Not just me but all my coworkers have the same issues. Please fix

Constant crashes and freezes. You lose all of your work if your phone isn't constantly uprgraded. constant issues with syncing.

With this version the keyboard doesn't show up nor does it work, forced to go to 2.11.1 and even thet version always crashes and freezes, version before that was more stable.

Servsuite has been a great choice. I like that they are always looking to improve their stuff and listening to customer feedback. It is professional yet a personal touch.

This app seems to be way below par. Glitchy, doesn't auto sync. Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Not recommended. Less impressed everyday.

This is not user friendly, this is complete garbage. Needs to be more friendly. Only reason why I have this is for work. You have to go through so many options just to schedule someone.

This app has had consistent issues. Too many to put down in a comment section. This application will continue to be subpar and not useful to any actual professional business due to the many bugs.

Worst service software ive ever used. Constant sync failure, constantly have to reinstall. If you can use a different app, USE IT

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a company.The worst customer service.If you own a pest control company do not use this service.The interface is terrible and also they will continue to charge you once you've already canceled there service.Nobody and I mean nobody should use this service.

I use this app for work and it does the job. Wish we'd gone paperless earlier, it would have saved a lot of time.

This app I didn't like at all, because it wastes a lot of time There was such an option on its side, that we could easily go down and up

Awful...complex... redundant...honestly just stick with the paper...way confusing and alot more work than it is worth...would rate it a 0 if possible

This app is constantly crashing causing issues with me doing my job.

Been on hold for 20 minutes trying to reach tech support. There's only 5k downloads so I HIGHLY doubt the line to talk to an agent is this long.

Most horrible app on Google play I would rather write 2 million pages than mess with this horrible no good trashy app good job people!

Trash update - cant use the Keyboard on Note 8

CONSTANTLY CRASHING SINCE LAST UPDATE, HORRIBLE! SERVE SUITE CALLED ME AND WE FIXED ISSUE, DOWNLOAD FROM MAIN DOMAIN.

Updated 5yrs later & it's worse 1 star!!! 👏 This app freezes at least once a day on me. Every update you guys put out does not fix this problem. The whole app is so laggy and slow. Also if u want to write a note in it sometimes it won't let backspace unless u restart the app once again and even then it doesn't always let you erase or continue to add to the note section. This app needs a whole makeover from top to bottom. Unless that happens I am going to try and get my company to switch apps.
