Slow, stalls so have to go out and back in to check delivered. Have to go out and back in if use directions to get back to client list. It has good features such as ability to call and directions.
The app has many good features such as getting directions and calling the clent, BUT The latest version of the app is really Slow and tends to lock up. Not an improvement!
This is terrible. I have been in and out of this 3 times where I get into a page that asks for customer id password and some key plus my name and route. No help button.
This app will not run properly on my phone. Fields are auto populated & I'm getting a message do you want to delete but cannot scroll down to answer yes therefore i have no access to my call list
The May 3rd update destroyed my ability to use this app. Will not load. Have removed and reinstalled but same result.
Easy to navigate, good organization & disperses relevant info to parties requiring the data being communicated
Freezes every 5-10 min... really inconvenient when you need it the most: while DRIVING!
My location for Meals on Wheels just started implementing this, so I don't have a lot of experience with the app they. I did notice that during my initial login, that my keyboard obscured much of the form that I was filling in and I had to keep minimizing the keyboard. Would be a lot better if this form scrolled. This was with SwiftKey, Android Oregon on a nexus 5x.
Works quicker and faster than the route sheets. Experience was excellent - saw little difference from old route sheets - only improvement would be having the phone numbers on the same screen as the addresses since we have to use a separate phone to call anyway - it would save extra clicking
