It is much more difficult doing mobile deposit on here as opposed to my other credit union. The for mobile deposit only servufcu is hard to fit on the check. My other one I just have to write for mobile deposit only. Also every time I have used this my money gets held for up to a week and other credit union is available immediately 3-25-2022 same bad experience deposit was rejected cuz the amount came up 5 cents different but it asked me and I said 42 not 47 and still it rejected
I've have been using this app for years. I'm able to manage all club accounts from home by seeing balances, transferring funds between accounts, and seeing checks I've written that have cleared, among many of the benefits of having it. I use it weekly to remind me of my debit card spending to update my budget app so I can compare what I actually spend on things vs what I have budgeted for each thing, like gasoline, for example. Couldn't live without it!
Great service only gave 4 stars cause they charge 1 dollar a month for online banking. Some other banks don't charge anything.
Easy to use! Safe. Never had any issues using the app other than when they are editing and making changes to the app, but usually that effects the website as well. I have used this app for years and I love it! Highly recommend! Great for on the go or just regular use! Mobile deposit works great too!
Easy to use and intuitive
I love this credit union and the app. I have been with SERVU for nearly 20 years. They are friendly, helpful and just plain Wonderful. The app makes it so easy to do several different things EASILY! Love them.
This apps mobile deposit feature doesn't work with the Pixel 3 phone. It straight up doesn't allow you to take the photos required to deposit a check.
Works great for everything except for mobile check deposit. All I use the app for! Logs me out almost every time I try to take a pic of the check. Please fix this bug!
Very easy to use. Very convenient too. Have rare occasions where it doesn't connect and allow me to do what I need.
My first attempt at check depositing from my phone. Once approved, which took about an hour, the directions were very clear &, I learned one more step in online & mobile banking.
I wish it showed more up to date visa balances, and I wish it showed the date when your next payment is due, and I wish I could set up auto pay so I don't have to worry about it.
I love to be able to transfer funds quik and easy! Sometimes the app is dysfunctional but more positive then negative.
Quick, easy to use,gives me all the information I need right there at my finger tips whenever I need or want it..so much easier than trying to keep a checkbook up to date..Thanks
Very easy to use, shows my loan and both my checkinga and savings. Easy to deposit a check and move money around. Also helps get rid of bank statements since the accounts show your where the money went

Mostly customer friendly. Do not like the fact that i have to put my password in every time now. Otherwise great.
I Love your bill pay app. I pay all my bills this way and never have to go to the post office. can even transfer money to my kids when they are in need.

Horrible. Taking a picture is difficult quality is bad. Need to a comidate wire transfers or better ways to deposit money remotely

Still my banking institution after nearly forty years. The app is just another great addition. I have been with this bank so long. I wouldn't know how to navigate any other. This meets my needs just fine. Very solid place to do business.Still have confidence in this institution. Still just fine and very convenient. Pretty easy to navigate.
