App sucks. No notification to let you know to update app UNTIL I'm out in the field after driving 110 miles and cannot use the app. Again!! I'm out in the field Dec 8,2020 And app needs update Fix the damn app !! Have an auto update feature.
SES tech support has never let me down the few times I have needed them. I have worked with Vicki the few times I needed tech support and she has always resolved my issue. Extremely user friendly app and a great system.
I should be able to at least log in without needing to update the app. If I get to a site thats down. I won't be able to get the update due to poor signal level. which makes it more difficult to do my job.
horrible product. some doors jam and wont open again until you do a full reset of battery and ac power. Changed it from 2 stars to 1, SES is down today Nationwide. Can't get to our sites, hopefully no fires are happening... Oh wait.
Sitting at a cell site miles from the nearest city and only NOW find out SES needs to be updated. How about a push notification when you initially load the update?
Works great for my S20 but now that i have the LG Wing it does not unlock the doors. I contacted support and sent them the phone data to have the issue fixed 2 months ago. Nothings been fix yet
Very good application. Used it a lot while working commercial fiber optic communications in Louisville and Indianapolis!
very buggy, and the delay on the auto-fill sucks and really can be a pain.
OK app for what I use it for. Would like to see system battery monitor added for each site.
Worked once then second time trying to use screen when opening app. Kept blacking out

System is down at the most inopportune times, now there's an issue with saying it needs to update when there isn't an update. An app shouldn't require you to restart your phone, turn off your Bluetooth, uninstall the app, reinstall the app, stand on one leg while patting your head and rubbing your belly....
