Works well. I have been able to use the Bill Pay function without issues, which is extremely convenient. Transfers between accounts show immediately.

Used to work ok before they changed it. Now it wont close out. Have to force stop the app. Mobile deposit camera has been downgraded. Doesn't respond very well to screen taps like it used to. I contacted them, and they said to update my phone. Several months later, nothing has changed. They don't care enough to bother improving an app that worked fine before their update. Today I cant even make a deposit. Unknown error.

The app is functional, but I hate that the screen rotates automatically with the phone position. I specifically have this feature turned off on my phone, but this app does not recognize that phone setting. Very disappointing. Change the feature and I will change my rating.

I can't get past the log in screen. After I uninstall and reinstall, It'll log in but I'm still unable to use any of the other functions past the accounts page. I've asked the tellers at the bank and everyone I've talked to seems puzzled when I mention the app is not working correctly anymore.

Great way to manage my accounts quickly. Some normal phone features like swiping to go back a page don't work, which might be related to security measures but is inconvenient. Couldn't transfer between sesloc accounts beyond my own, even though the feature exists.

App does not fit the screen of my phone everything is cut off and miss aligned making it a pain to use. Another thing how about improving its ease of use or getting a better app developer so everytime someone tries to do something they dont need to go to the branch or call customer service. Other banks I have banked with never had this issue with their apps. No matter the age of the phone or any other factor they worked how they should. No excuses anymore just fix it!

Worked perfectly until last update. Now won't even load. Sat on hold for 10 minutes to be told to " try a different browser" even after I explained i was using the app. Hoping the next update fixes whatever broke. When it worked before it was awesome!! UPDATE!!!! App back up and working as before. Thank you for getting the issue resolved!!!!

I love the new Sesloc App.! Beautiful ocean opening, easy to use, and simple to understand. You can easily find anything ur looking for, apply for almost any financial needs u may have & if u have any problems or questions, Sesloc's Amazing employees are always there to help! Great job!!

Been using this app for over 2 years and never had a problem with it. Updated to the latest version yesterday and now I can't even log into my account. I'm stuck at the loading screen indefinitely. Very annoying.

Seems to work better than before. I like the login 4 digit code simplification instead of the ridiculous convoluted archaic password entry they had for years. I would give it 5 stars but I can not view the checks I've previously deposited anymore.

This app still works flawlessly on my older Galaxy Note 4 running Andriod version 6.0.1. AND it is up-to-date with security features according to the developer. (Mobile Apps from some other banks have stopped working because of the older Android software in my phone.)

It's an okay banking app.....Would be 5 stars if I could link my external bank.......The captcha is rediculous.....I've completed it over 20 times and every time it asks me to do it again. The method thats being used to verify CAPTCHA is seriously the worst I've ever experienced. Being asked to submit the titles by typing the corresponding numbers separated by commas. Its the year 2021.......not 1994.

I have been trying for 4 days to install the upgrade and can not get into my account at all. I have been trying to load the upgrade, but no luck!!! Not sure what is going on with it. I was really happy with the app. Now I am frustrated.

It's ok, but I wish it had a feature that one of my other banks has. We're I can click on the logo on the home screen and it will tell me my balance without opening the app. Cause majority of the time I just use the app to check my balance anyway.

Connects to all the services I need and feels more user friendly that the website. The naming and labeling is still kinda clunky but getting better as time goes on.

I think it is imperative that an app provide me with the opportunity to shut my bank or credit card off immediately if needed. From previous experience

Doesn't deserve any stars. This app is not in real time, make an auto payment? Won't show up as paid for a week cause you to either miss a payment or make to many payments! LAME!

The Sesloc app is great! Easy to use and very convenient. Love the online deposit feature.

Terriable mobile check depositing situation. Caused so much trouble every time and it was not on my end. Charged me when they weren't supposed to. Now I'm scared to do mobile deposits.

New UI update is way better. Way to go Tech Team, very user friendly and simple to navigate.

App will not focus the camera when I try and take pictures of checks to deposit. That was pretty much all I wanted to do with this app so that's unfortunate.

Everything I use it for ie checking balance and transferring money so on and so forth works smoothly and so far haven't come across anything I'm dissatisfied with.

Super useful app. Easy to check my account balances, deposit checks with my phone, and move money between accounts.
