Why is it after I updated the app I can't receive the remittance code to confirm my transaction? i tried several times by restarting my phone but still failed. Also I ddnt change my contact number. It's really inconvenience, coz I waited for an hour to family mart😑
Already used it for 5 or 6 months. Easy to use and it works fast and great. I have no problem at all with this app, not until today. I was about to confirm my remittance but suddenly it appears that my arc has already expired. And there is no options there if you want to upload your new arc picture or any help tab there. I did also try to upload the new picture of my arc under the senders profile but it says that there is an error. Please fixed this asap. Thank you
WAY Better than the one i was using before.. No need to wait for the remittance code because it will automatically appear after paying.. very easy if choosing hi life and family mart because they will just scan the barcode on your phone , no need to operate the machine.. you can add your receiver easily no need to wait for long time confirmation. You can easily view the exchange rate and compared to the last one, the rate is much better. This app is one good example how they make life easier.
I can't open my account and have noted update the latest version ok if you press ok start again update... why?
The newly update app becomes a trash before the old one you can send money to philippines in just 30 mins now 1 day process and also they remove the western union the only way i can send money to my e wallet like coins.ph.
I have had it with other money transfer services. I have had several problems with most of them. Then I tried, and was not sure at first, SET, and I have been a happy partner ever since. It is easy, very cheap and I have not had any problems. My recipients have had no issue at all either. I am now a true fans of SET and they have my business from now on... Keep up the good work

Can't use the app now. It says need to update but there's no latest update button in the google app store. I also unstall and install the app but nothing change. Thank you for noticing my experience.

Why? I can't update the application. It says update the new version. It's been 3 days now that I've been trying to update this app. I already uninstalled. Now, can't install it back in my device.
