I TRIED to set up automatic payments, on a specific date each month, I wound up making 1 payment in advance yet never got the correct date set,so now I am forced to make my payments manually
Horrible......doesn't make sense a multi billion dollar company and can't create a useful app......this so sad......you need a IT department not the one you have now!!!!
FYI this is the dealer app. Dont download to make payments or look up your account. Its has dealer in the name come on ppl read. Your login dont work because you need a dealer login.

I agree with previous reviews that you cannot make your payment thru this app!!! This was extremely frustrating for a customer that wants to make a payment through this app that tells you to do from the email I received and you're unable to do it your login and password will not work because this is through a business and not for residential customer payments very very disappointed that incorrect information is given to your customers when will they want to do is make a quick payment !!
