Setmore Appointments

The Setmore app lacks critical features that are available on the website. You're limited to an agenda view. The app has become somewhat unusable as well. While looking at a list of appointments, the list is constantly "refreshed" causing the list to jump around wildly for minutes at a time until it finishes. Edit: I absolutely will not contact your support team. I've reached out to your support team numerous times about various problems. To say that they're unhelpful would be far too kind.

Love your desktop version but the app is extremely useless. It updates the calendar entries partially and sometimes not at all. I hope you guys can fox this issue as having the information on my phone is very handy

Just started using and for someone who isn't very organized or tech savvy, I've found this app to be extremely helpful! The chat help function will save you hours of work! Use it! Great for beginners

My customers find this app easy to use. That's the main thing for me. I like that it links up with social media. Setting treatments is easy to do. However, I would like the option to charge the customer if they don't show up to their appointment. This for me, would make it 5 star.

Okay, It's time to write you guys some pretty BAD REVIEW here. So I downloaded this app for free to run my small plumbing business and I had just 1 staff added in the setmore app. I was a bit convinced that this app could turn out to be useful for my business so I upgraded to the premium which cost me ¢82.25 per month. I tried adding at least twice staff to my new subscription only for the you guys to tell me I couldn't add any more staff. Not even 1 for a plumbing business like me? Scammed!

Hi everyone I was using setmore app for about 3 years but this year exactly during the busiest time of my business, i found out that i can not book any more appointments, it turned out that I can not use the application without turning on the vpn, so I searched for an other application and moved more that one hundred of comming oppoinments to the new app, So i dont recommend this application to any one because you will be surprised at an unexpected moment!

It's easy to use, but it logs me out every 5-7 days. I use the app when I'm not in the office, and when it logs me out while I'm away... its not helpful because I do not carry the pw around with me.

I been using Seymore for few years,I try different booking system before and I really like this one easy to use and to manage all my bookings ,fast and friendly costumer service.

Appointment times are moved to random times and days, causing me to double book in some cases. Been a bit frustrating lately.

All my clients were using it without a problem, but they are telling me now that they try to get an appointment and it shows we are completely booked for the rest of the upcoming months and that's not true. Please help me fix this.

Just downloaded free version and is really easy to use. The only thing I really don't like so far is that when setting the price of a service it doesn't give me the option of a "starting from" and a lot of my prices start from x ... I'd like that to be an option.

It's a great electronic appointment book, I use the free app and it's great, I guess if I paid for it it would be perfect!

Does what I need it to do. Not always easy to use and indonmit find the support quick enough or sometimes clear enough. For a non-tech like me, it is tricky and I am happy with it only because it does the bare minimum I need it to and I have a techy niece who I call often if I need to do something more with the app.

I just started the premium and it does have alot of features, so far it has been reliable.

I have struggled since December, I have made payment every month but they can't resolve the problems paying for something and my customers aren't getting messages please can someone resolve this?

Great app, very smooth and reliable. Although the app seems to be lacking quite a few of features (because it is pretty new?) that would be considered as essential for many small businesses looking for implementing online booking, the staffs and people at Setmore are awesome to deal with and always willing to help. Personally, I am happy to stay and grow with them.

The app is very good... makes your day very organized. I love that it shows your weekly income. Those with financial goals can easily see if they are on target. It's easy to make appointments, etc. My main pet peeve is the inability to schedule more than one service for a client. It's too time consuming AND for clients, it can be very frustrating. If it can be done online I am sure there is a way it can be integrated into the app as well. Why should a client be able to do it but not staff.

Tons of functionality in the free version. It is perfect for my small business (I am a barber renting space inside a shop). Other than being grammatically incorrect in some of the automated notifications ("Tracy have an appointment in 15 minutes," for example) I love this software! Tech support has been easy to access and super helpful!

The free version is covering my needs so I'm happy with it. If the difference in cost between free and paid version was smaller I wouldn't mind paying. A year later: I am now a paying customer and I still love the Setmore app and website. More importantly though is, that my clients love it. Getting a reminder by text and/or email is appreciated by them and me being able to book repeating appointments is very convenient. If you added a few more features, it would be a complete CRM service.

The app is Good it have been improving a lot since I started but every time they update the app something like bugs happens. The system doesn't recognize if the email address is wrong. We can't save pictures by appointment. The app is very heavy customer complain about that. We cant set up how many slot we wish open with a specific start time. Eg I have different time service but I would setup fix time to customer ( 8am, 10am, 12pm etc..not leave customer pickup any time and make a messy.)

I have been looking for software like this for over a year. Came across Setmore & decided to give it a try as I have done with many other apps and programs. Setmore is the only one that wasn't deleted after a few hours! Easy, simple and very efficient!! Would love to see a Windows app as well! Great Job at creating the app!

I have a small Barbershop and i use this setmore for my bookings. I love the service, its easy to use. My clients comment on how easy it is to use to make appointments. It integrates with google maps so new clients can book right from the maps app. im definitely considering upgrading the service for the text reminders. Thanks for offering this great service, its helping my grow my business.

My absolute favorite scheduler! This has been my go to since 2016 and I have to say no other app I've found holds a candle to this one. Yes, to get even more amazing features you need to become a premium member; but its not necessary for 4 or less schedules. The only thing I would ask is that when making a slot blocker; please allow to choose multiple dates. Eg) booking a substantial amount of time off for a holiday or recurring day off.

Have trouble every month trying to restore my subscription. It's beginning to be aggy, hopefully after chatting with a rep it's fixed or I may have to find another booking site don't get me wrong when it's working correctly it's a pleasure to use

Setmore works very well. The free version is outstanding is easy of use, especially for new personal trainers needing to save coin. The app can be a bit buggy in switching from horizontal to vertical calendar view, but not terrible. Would be amazing if the the integrated square feature automatically transferred over existing customers. The exporting is cumbersome and repetitive and time consuming.

Cool design, easy to use but have loads of functionality shortages.. I need to be able to add more than one service to an appointment...it doesn't seem to work when I try to add a pic to the service description as well..? Please help. Also to add pics and notes to each client's "profile" would be cool then they can see which colours or manis they've had done.

Calender doesn't update appointments really well so you can count on it to be correct.
