Recently whoever manages the accounts for this app DELETED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT. It didn't even exist for retrieving my password. It was simply GONE. *Terrible* practice!

It's superb,I love the authomatic parental control that comes with it.I thought I will go through the headache of someone else communicating with my child but u made it easy here giving me that choice to make.

Hi, it keep saying device offline even though has tried to uninstall & reinstall the app many times. Pls assist to solve the headache.

The latest revision, 4.7.7, now reports that one of my gps trackers is located in China instead of US, and the other cannot be found. Uninstalling this version and installing the previous, 4.7.5 one, has then both magically reappear in Florida, and working just fine. Who writes these horrible updates?

Scanning code So i registered and logged in successfully only that when i tried to bind devices it keeps eating off a digit from the code being scanned. It only keeps saying binding failed- please confirm code is correct. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi. I'm from Iran and our weekends are different than other countries. Please add a future of choosing desire wekkends (Thursday and Friday for Iranian) in setting. Also it would be really usefull for havin more than 3 alarm option. Thanks .

The LBS option turns on automatically, I have to turn off LBS every time to use GPS only, and the app doesn't show a chat notification I have to enter in app to see notification.

Gps data is horrible and way off. Communication only works through the app, not through regular messaging. Video calling is good and all that, but not very accurate in most ways. I like set of app but functionality is horrible.

Apps so useless....dont support sim card from another country. Maybe this apps just for Chinese country.

The app is essential for the LEMFO kids watch function properly, however the design is horrible. The notifications appear as just a square at the top of the screen that will stick there even after you check it. Also, the app is very slow with a poor design with a lot of ads as if it's just a service app you download for free from the store. You should invest in developing a robust app!

App is promising, with many features. however it has few flaws. one very annoying is that the first notification received will remain stuck in your notifications list and you cannot swipe it out. phone reboot will fix until next notification. the others can be removed, not the first one. however, much more worrisome is that i started to receive notifications from another watch! " 'watchname' please receive new voice" , where 'watchname' is not my watch!! note that at least this notification is not accessible . this is surely very bad. i'm going to look for an alternative i think.

Doesn't work! I've been trying to add my child's watch for a month. It lets me fill out the information, then when I press OK, nothing happens! It stays on the same page and doesn't add the device. I've tried restarting phone, restarting the watch, uninstalling the app and installing it again. I'm out of options. Completely pointless having this damn watch if it wont allow me to connect it to the app. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Worst app ever!!!! Unbelievable, I am sharing the same room with my kid and app shows that she's 2.6km away!!!! It's so useless, recently half of menu was in russian, how's that possible! So poor with a bad effect on my phone, all issues are related with it. Is there anyone who can tell me which app should I try? And most of the times it shows device is offline and I'm not able to do anything. Can't define safety zones for my kid, I do not receive any of notification except when the battery is low. Sometimes voice messages sent are shown 2-3 hrs after they were recorded even when I'm on wifi and have excellent signal. Anyway, this is waste and should be treated like that. Avoid it!!!

It's ok. Would be great if you could set the do not disturb by days of the week. Silly that it is in for 7 days of the week when only needed for school times! Also, a sleep mode to set a time for night time would be great to save battery while they are asleep (like Findmykids app). Too many ads!!

The Maps don't find the watch, only the nearby cell tower. The Talk does not beep or show any signal when a message arrives from the watch on the phone. The video chat does not work, showing only a message 'Network failure' (cannot work with WiFi?). It's not even possible to set a picture for a phone number so that a child could click on it to call. So the functionality is limited next to useless. P.S. I'm ready to revise my rating if the above-mentioned issues will be fixed.

The app shuts down often and the connection gets lost, especially if kids are in a building. It could be the issue with the watches rather than the app. I can't update the time on the watch after the end of the European summer time. But in general, it is good that I can call them through the watch and send messages.

It is impossible to change password. No matter what you enter you constantly get the same message that it needs to contain x,y. ... And there's no way to get through that. After this the app and the watch are completely useless. Besides this the functionalities and interface are very old fashion and difficult to use.
