I ordered a blue band for 7 yr old boy; but received 2 pink bands, 1 w baby dinos for a toddler. It took a lot of time, way too long to set up. Also, Bad connections. Really disappointing: Poor GPS is very inconsistent, meaning it might be right or Very WRONG by blocks. Another bad is the charge dies quickly. Very Disappointed that 1 of the charging devices broken in 2 days, (1 prong on charge was not made correctly, so it will not engage/ charge watch!) Overall, I am extremely disappointed.
This app has so many issues. The saving grace for the device is being able to use phone service to call and text directly otherwise I would lose my mind dealing with this. Just did an update and it decided to unbind the device now will not pair back up. Bravo.
My daughter's watch dropped off the device list in the last few days. Although old devices are still visible. I hope I can recover the contacts and chat history. It seems whenever I update it forgets how to log me in. I need to reinstall or wait for the fix fix.
Cumbersome. Makes random notification sounds without showing any message or notice. Does have all the functions promised, but the UI is so simplified it makes the process unpleasant.
After latest update, everything is not working..my account got deleted. I had to remake another one. Watch was unable to connect to the app even though the phone and data was on.
After the last update, my account totally cannot open at all and keep pop out the message "account error". Such a very very bad app and recommend all don't buy this GPS watch and DONT INSTALL this App. If can give the MINUS STAR, I will give it. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!
This app is getting worse. Everything was working well a few weeks ago but now the chat is not working properly. My kid sent a few voice messages but it wasn't shown on my app. I had to restart my phone in order to receive it. Since then i have to restart everytime to receive the chat messages.
Inaccurate positioning. GPS positioning never works. LBS works instead even when it's disabled. Text chat is quite limited, no smiles available. Leefine app has much better chat.
Absolutely the worst app! Full of bugs. Never shows accurate position, even shows the watch is in another country. Voice messages not received. Constant in your face adds. Can't be trusted to keep your family member safe. Don't use any GPS device that uses this app. Just read all the reviews, all the customers are saying the same thing. Terrible app
Unable to login after application update with an error "Account error, please check for spaces". Tried re-login multiple times, same result. Also tried retyping login ID and password, with the same error message. Please advise ASAP.
The app is not working.. it is giving "account error, check for spaces" which doesn't illustrate what should be done. I cannot enter to the app!! And same error on different phones.
For those who get error messages check for spaces, check the Region at the bottom if it has reset to Europe and Africa due to app updates. I can log in after I change it back to Asia and Oceania.
The watch is great. I've just updated the app (which used to work fine) and now it won't even let me log in. Very annoying
Lots of features, but bugs are annoying. Biggest issue is persistent notification - developer please set different category for "SeTracker 2 walks with you" notification so we can hide it!
This app has issues, it place my child once 500 feet away and them 3 miles away from me, when he was no more than 10 feet. I also place money into this app. Money lost. Also,I couldn't even find a number to call for customer support 🙄 😒
Smart concept but needs ALOT of work. No instructions on how to use the app. After I figured it out somewhat I kept getting "no network" issues with connecting. It seemed like the only way yo "wake up the watch" to connect to app was to call the number then send a message. If it worked great it has grrat features. I disabled the dial pad so no accidental calls can be made. I programmed my number as SOS however a few weeks ago the app blocked my calls as "unknown" even though I have my # saved.
