App says a new update is available, go to Google, i did but it keeps on saying a new update is available. So i uninstalled it and reinstalled again, but it keeps on saying a new update is available. I can't open the app. What the heck happened? Yo! I have to submit a rating first to update. Tss 🙄 anyway, this app is ok, I'm using it for I think over 2yrs now, and it's safe especially for remittance. Fast and safe and convenient also for shopping online. 👌
Having problem updating app on my latest android phone. Even though the version is latest, it is still showing upgrade message and unable to use the app.
Terrible app for managing your banking if you live in Japan. It may be good if you use Seven Bank primarily to transfer money overseas, but that's pretty much all this app is good for.
I cannot call the customer care hotline for days now...the call will end automatically...and the latest update of the app is not helping in updating information... please fix this. Tnx!

the exchange rate is much better in Dcom money express and the service fee is also cheaper,compare to BDO service fee is high and exchange rate is low,switch to Dcom money express now,just saying

Been using for almost 5 years. It was great and very convinient, i didnt have a problem so far everytime i update the app. I love this. Guys if you have problem with the update, please update ur google play app first. Please share with your family and friends, this app is very usefull in japan sending money outside japan.
