Like the app but it could be better. Needs more features like the ability to turn on and off the use of Debit and Credit cards. That's one of the best security features available for credit cards. Also, purchase alerts need to be instant....not several days later. Other cards have these features. These items would make this a 5 star app.

I appreciate 7 17 making a mobile app available to its customers; however, the most important feature to me (deposit a check) needs improved. This feature often rejects perfectly legible images and has major trouble with auto capturing a check image to the point I never use it. The app work works, but only with a lot of finessing.

Keeps telling me that they are unable to display my info. Been going on for nearly a month now. Very frustrated with app. Worked perfectly fine up until about a month ago Edit: still no fix to issue nearly 2 months later and cannot log in to account via website either. Edit: it is now early november and i am still having the sames issues since july.

Great app, but the 2 step authentication is a little hard. The app needs to tell you it is processing your info instead of it not doing anything for awhile. You think it didn't go through because it just sits there. Update: I changed my rating to a 5 because the previous issue has been resolved and the app is also easier to use since I first started using it to deposit checks.

App is very easy to use, very dependable, always up to date , transactions show up instantly so balance on your accounts are always updated. Been a member for years and my experience keeps getting better with my favorite bank. Give this app a try you won't be sorry. If I could give it more stars I most diffently would.

Extremely frustrated with the requirement of having 2 numbers in the password. Statistically, this does not improve security as most password crackers do not see a difference between a letter and number. It causes me to get locked out too often. Maybe leave the Credit Union because of this after years of praising them.

Fairly simple to use, nice interface. Once you have all your accounts set up it makes tasks like posting a payment to a credit card super easy and very convenient.

Really easy to use and are always helpful when something is not working. Plus if they think you did not make a transaction they notify you right away! I highly recommend 717 credit union mobile app to everyone who banks with them! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🤑

I like this app, rather useful and makes banking easier, only complaint is I am constantly transferring funds into my account to cover my car loan and if perform an external transfer, I cannot do it from this app...rather inconvenient otherwise two thumbs up 👍👍

Bill pay is super slow compared to Chase and the actual amount and transaction list take a good while to reflect what's actually in your account. But everything works, so cant complain too much.

Honestly since they changed to this app from the previous one, I've never had a problem. Stable, no glitches or errors, does what it's supposed to.

Pretty good overall. I'd like being able to view a bit more information from the app, like account number, but it's a minor complaint. A well designed, intuitive app.

Easy to use and makes paying bills a very easy process. Opened an account and managed it all through this app. No complaints.

New version does not allow me to make mobile deposits. The camera will not focus on the backside of the check no matter what I do. This is SO frustrating especially because it is my only way of depositing checks.

This app is very polished. Works great and is functional. Would love to see the ability to view other credit card accounts like you can with the web site, especially because Citi's mobile app is borderline unusable it's so badly made. Show the "big boys" how it's done 7/17!

I am very satisfied with the 717 app. I can check everything on my phone at a moment's notice including depositing a check! Should have taken advantage of this convenience sooner.

makes bill paying easy as long as it's set up early enough! Would be great if payment to principal only option popped up on loans,

Great experience with this app. It's never down and always has been correct with the information I need.

I love the mobile banking! Very easy to use and makes managing my accounts simple. It's like the perks of having a "big bank" but the comfort of the smaller customer service based trustworthy credit union. I love 717!!

I LOVE this App. I have used it for years and now with mobile deposit, I almost never go to the bank anymore. Bill pay is an excellent feature.

Very easy to use to make payment and manage accounts. 3 day wait time on transfers but anything beats using the phone to make payments!

Usually this app is really handy. Every once in a while, however, there is a hiccup that throws us into a panic. It's not often. Wish there was a refresh button as well.

I have had some mysterious purchases on my account and they called me right away to see if I had made these. They are great with customer service and Whenever I called they were professional, polite and answered whatever questions I may have had.

All good things. No problems. Only wish is that they would bring back the pin# to enter app instead of password every time.

Happy with this banking app and the overall service. Recently though my finger print unlock stopped working. Can I get some help regarding this.

easy to use, love fingerprint sign in until it logs you out and then locks you out when you use the password they give you. staff are friendly and easy to work with

Easy to navigate. Easy to learn. Does have other services like tax prep and other things like that that i dont use bwcause i do it by hand
