I've literally been setting this remote up for 2 days now. First, Couldn't force the update so had to wait 4 hours for it to initiate on its own. Second issue, It's on the same network as my Hue bridge and it cannot find it. The app is useless if it can't connect to the remote and guess what, it never stays connected to the remote. 3 hours now just try to Name and save my scenes!
Nice but needs a few important improvements: - Fix the stuttering issue when swiping the remotes carousel, it's ruining the entire experience. - Let us add air conditioners. - Add more languages to the keyboard and let us pick which ones we want to use (I don't want to iterate between all of them each time). - Fix the issue of reordering the carousel. I keep seeing there loads of duplicates and can't reorder. Suggestions: - Let us change the icons. - Add some color to the existing icons.
Horrible experience. Remote constantly reboots, software no longer works. Just get a blank white screen. Updates from developers are nonexistent. For a remote this expensive I expected, at the very least, for it to work. At the very least! Still having issues. Worst product ever purchased. EVER!!!
I just love this remote. I have been using Logitech for somany years and definitely feel this remote ticks all the boxes for me over the Logitech because it's a compact remote but the screen can accommodate a full size keyboard when using my android TV box. Also the compatibility is great. The power doesn't last for more than 2 days but I found a work around where I shut down the remote after my TV time and that helps keep power for close to 2 months. Very happy and will defenitely recommend.
I am sad to say this app does not live up to the cost of the remote. After over 2 hours of research on line I finally got the remote to connect to my phone. Sadly though the app itself would not load the my experience part so I could never use the remote. I will be returning it in the morning for a full refund.
The remote itself is nice, but avoid using a real email address at all costs when using this app. You will get spammed with marketing emails. In the last two days I have received over 20 of them, and the support team sucks, as they won't do anything about it. Unsubscribing does not work.
What a joke. The remote is nothing more than a 20$ universal remote with a $5 LCD. I've built better with and esp32. My Most disappointing Kickstarter ever, and I backed the meater...
Product doesn't work as advertised. All is buggy and the Ui isn't attractive. Needs lots of work. Stick to Logitech.
So far so good. In case your trying to connect to the LG magic wand, make sure you have your tv turned off for the IR copy. While the LG TV is on it will send an RF signal
The app doesn't function as it used to. Some internal resources are not loading. Unable to add Philips hue.
Just received the remote a week ago and it's working great! This app really helps, especially the Beta tool that lets you add and remove buttons
good god! i just spent $300 on this and it is pure junk!!!! Cant even add my vizio tv?!? Pressed all the power buttons and none turned the tv off. Couldnt group more than two lights into groups with phillips hue...nothing works whatsoever.
It's easily been a year since this thing worked with my atv4k and the youtube tv app. How is this a thing? Back in the junk drawer it goes.
App always freeze when i make a change or add a new device and must to close and open again. Remote is nice but very limited in brands and scenes.
Just bought this and can't connect to any services. After logging in the screen remains white.
Brand new remote just opened and the app cant even find it. Will be returning for a better remote. Waste of money

Needs improvement. Tracking is only 2d. I expected 3d tracking since it uses 4 different points for triangulation. Even the 2d tracking is not very accurate unless I'm exactly in the middle of the room. Tried recalibrating multiple times with the same results. I expected more from a remote that cost me $300. I waited 2 years for this remote and will have to return it after less than a week of use.
