Good application sometimes payment gateway creates a problem. Otherwise a good interface. One more thing required is that atleast we can access diesel finance bills for atleast a year.

Simple & effective As expected Sundaram Finance has come out with a nice app very much needed for all its depositors to remotely access their deposit accounts and its services. Download function for forms etc are very good. Simple registration process. Within a few mts O was able to access all my deposits. Awesome!

Very Slow, But myself it's Useful for making the Payment Immediately. Thanks to Sundaram finance.

Everytime App is asking for OTP and also asking to Create new PIN. If PIN is not remebered by App, what is the use of it ?

Useless..Can not login because I m not getting otp. Apart from this , even office staff are useless , they don't rcv the calls . I think this is the last time I am working with Sundaram Finance.

Every month I open the app it needs an update!!! It is looting money another way.

Unable to login by app. I can login on site but not by app

Sundram finance I pay the amount but they taken extra 600 .after completion of all payments..Noc delay to delivery..17/11/2021 I was closed my account but till 6/12/2021 not received...properly not responding....

I couldn't open this app neither cell no nor mail ID nor customer ID. I tried many times. But result zero. Reset option not provided. Waste of cell memory.

Am unable to create a password for using the App. Once I enter the customer ID or registered mobile number and press next a message pops up saying that "you are not authorised to use the customer portal. Contact your nearest branch." ??? What is the point of having an app then??

Awesome app, 1 feature to be added for loan terminated accounts be filtered and loan pending accounts to shown seperately kindly check for some bugs while entering quick pay,user cannot return to Dashboard, app gets strucked.

Not getting updated, worst experience with any app. I uninstalled it to reinstall probably it may start working, but all in vain. Not at all responding....

I enjoyed the portal. It is infomatic and customers friendly. But why so much harassment while giving NOC or a letter of clearance which can be given easily at local office when all dues are cleared and settled.

Why should we grant you the access to manage my contacts, phone calls and other confidential information. Are you guys insane or what. Definitely I am going to book a case on this service not only on you but other apps which request this kind of illegal access of the customer.

Every time showing due balance , check and fix that problem... after that everything nice, i like one thing u are adding UPI payment Option. that's good thing...

Login problem When I am trying for login either email id , mobile no than it is showing user email/mobile not registered please contact your nearest branch for update it whareas it is login through web portal sucessfully. Resolvd my issue if posdible.

Network is not good , the OTP is coming late , it will after the time over

Problem is coming often unable to pay due on time and it's not updating correctly so last payment I have not paid on time and I paid with charges also. Kindly rectify the problem

This is useless app they don,t take our mails didn,t get any respones for them and don,t take loan from this finance there is very bad service i want my truck clearence i fully paid my loan it,s complited 6 months still didnot get my documents
