Great customers service esp. in the shueng wan hub. The counter staff were always helpful, cheerful and patient. Highly recommended.

Some international orders require item declaration in English. However, I couldn't input items in English without the system automatically selecting the Chinese names offered in the droplist (e.g. "Sticker" would be changed to "貼紙"), unless the terms I used weren't included in its database (e.g. "Sticker Pack"). Also, it would sometimes jump back to previous page without saving any changes. Please help look into these issues to make it more user-friendly.

Useless, no matter what location you choose there are no service points listed.

Failed in login already, sms never arrive...

1. The app doesnt fully support English. Even though English is chosen as the default language, many areas of the App are still in Chinese especially the membership area its ALL in Chinese. 2. The app doesnt reveal real life situations as why a parcel might be delayed. E.g. My parcel to an EF locker was delayed because the locker was actually FULl, but the app just presented me with a preprogrammed msg saying "the recipient's location is too far and needs an extra day for delivery".

Not user friendly at all. Hard to fill in the form and very hard to distinguish a section from another. The dark background make everything unclear. And worst of all, it is not functioning properly. I filled in all the mailing info just resulted in a not understandable error message. Completely a waste of time.

ATTENTION you cannot send a "collection" order. because issuer has to be the one that creates the way bill. If you create one it will allow you to, tell you order received and even assign a courier. but in real nothing happened because you simply cannot create a collection order. my friend waited all day until 6pm for a pickup that was never scheduled. there was no notification, no call to tell you something is wrong. it is the stupidest thing to have an option that does not work.

Stupid workflow that needs users to use both app and real waybill. Should be either one way. Also super time-consuming to input info with app only, shd also be desktop version! The app drains my phone's battery so always uninstall it after using everytime. Wonder what suspicious things are running behind

App is broken since last update. It automatically logs out user when you check individual items from your tracking list and ask to re-logon. Due to this, you cannot see the tracking status of individual items.

Was forced to install the app because their website can't handle international orders. Tried to send a package to Japan and while the app forces you to choose the prefecture/cho from a tiny drop down list, it's missing even the most obvious districts such as central (Naniwa) Osaka! Typical rubbish Chinese platform/app.

This App is sux, always got stuck at address input. POD function only available at App but not at webpage. Webpage is also sux, always says input receiver inform cannot get thru, but no hints to tell you which item goes wrong. So frustrated by inform inputting. We shall consider to have another company to replace you guys.

Worse update ever...SF has forced me to update twice in a week and no longer works properly after updates. Keeps saying Network unavailable whenever I tried to login/register. What a waste of time and space!

Fix your app. "HTTP 502 BAD GATEAWAY" Although the app setting is in english language, my account still shows in chinese. You guys have the worst customer service. I wish I could change my deliver carrier option even if I had to pay a little more.

Bugs here and there. Crashing and lagging. Bad UI design. This app triple the time it takes to send a package. Please fix it.

Unusable, you keep getting logged out as soon as you click on any tracking and then have to login again using an authentication code. Waste of them.

The app crashes instantly from previous versions until now. And it is never solved. Is it a joke from SFHK IT? The way you fixed the 'known issues" is to instantly crash the app so we never get to those issues?

Privacy concern Today, it keeps giving meaningless notifications which was very annoying. I also have privacy concern over it as it seems it have been hacked. Delete it and will never return.

I can check progress and tracking number of the package via web without any issues, but not the app! I've already registered my phone number, but i still can't access the progress via the app 🤷

The postal code for Canada is wrong, after you choose the city, it force you to select the default one. And it is wrong, if you change it, it will ask you to change back to the default one or else you cannot save the address. Please fix it.

Membership page it's in Chinese, when I use the English setting, the only page that does not change it's the membership page. Do something about it please!!!

keeps crashing on rescheduling when using English interface. Works when you use Chinese.

App with plenty of room for improvement. Entering ciity/district information is a nightmare. Will not use it if SF Express accepts order any other way.

Many unwanted messages. Unclear navigation. Some screens in chinese scripts only (not english)

Why am I getting so many ad notifications? Very slimely not having a toggle in the notification settings for these specific notifications...

I can track the tracking number in web ,but can't track the same tracking number in this app (waybill info not found),really need improvement

The app was not send the push notification. I need to open the app and check the message manually.

Keep popping up the 'Not Responding Errors' when not using it , my cell got really slow by it , other than that im quite happy with the service
