Severely lacking in features. I have one of their "balloon payment" mortgages, but from the app, I can't see when the balloon payment is due or any details except the balance. Please add information to the app.

This app randomly signs me out and makes me go through the whole sign in process with verification and reentering my phone number SO MANY TIMES that it is seriously making me consider changing banks.

When the app works it's great. However I've had to uninstall and reinstall three times now because it keeps telling me the service is unavailable try again later. I have waited days and it still won't work untill I uninstall and reinstall. I rely on the app for my banking and the website isn't mobile friendly.

I love this bank, no fees for personal accounts, and exceptional customer service. I have never had such personable interactions with other institutions as I have with the ladies at the Raleigh NC branch location. Not to mention the warm and inviting scenery.

Each time I try to open it I'm informed I need to update the application. Unfortunately the Play Store doesn't have an update available. It has been that way for at least a week....

I've had nothing but problems with this app since I've downloaded it. It's locked me out multiple times for up to 72 hours. Hate it and it's seriously causing me to contemplate switching banks.

I have downloaded this app on multiple phones, as well as a tablet, and the app does not allow user logon at all. The app hangs up at the logon screen and never progresses any further
